Exquisite quality. Fast delivery. After having read good and mainly bad reviews I took a chance and ordered one jigsaw (Chameleon large). It arrived after 5 days in a beautiful wooden box. The quality of the jigsaw is exquisite. Many pieces are in the shape of insects, plants and animals you would expect to find in the same habitat. They fit together perfectly. No missing or broken pieces. Any jigsaw aficionado will love this!

Fairy Bird RS Got this cool puzzle as a birthday gift from my work buddies. I must say, this gift left a impression on me. I had never assembled wooden puzzles before and I was impressed by how much they differ from the cardboard ones. The texture and the feel of the wooden pieces are quite distinct and pleasant. The large size, along with the numerous and varied prints on the illustration, made it super engaging to find matches. I enjoyed the shaped pieces like birds, plants, and animals, which made the process very fun. The puzzle is made very well, and I had a lot of pleasure assembling it.

My first experience was with the Mandala Tree of life. I enjoyed this experience and challenge. The package came in good condition and very nicely packed.

RUSSIAN FACTORY! RUSSIAN FACTORY! I’ve been buying these puzzles for some years as a xmas present tradition. I tried to stop an already delayed order after I got tired of waiting and realizing the factory of the puzzles are in Russia. Same story as all other reviews regarding customer service. Just awful and a total waste of time. Never got the stuff canceled, never heard back from them, never got instructions on how to send the puzzle back etc. Unidragon is on my black list now.

Terrible service Nice web and potentially nice products. However, one of the worst customer service I have experienced. Automated template with photo and nice speech after purchase is far from good. They don't communicate properly - no business email skill, no signature, no apology for problems, not answering on question, no proper info given. Just all wrong, giving it one last chance before cancelling the purchase they are not willing to complete, nor to give relevant info about. Don't buy there, find your wooden puzzle elsewhere.
