Albeebaby quickly gave me different options, whereof I choose a partial refund, instead of returning the chair or parts of it.

GBWe ordered a stroller for a Disneyland… We ordered a stroller for a Disneyland trip from the website at the last second (wife wanted one with more padding for the baby). Understood that it wouldn’t arrive at home in time, but sent a note to Albee asking to please ensure it got on the UPS truck that afternoon. It met us in Anaheim when we checked in to the hotel. Great experience.

GBDo not buy from here! I bought this last week from here and it came in a a box that was in a terrible condition. I'm not sure if they sent me a return or just a product that had been sitting in a bad condition warehouse for many months. The Stroller has 2 horrible screeching noises that are not fixable. I contacted Albee Baby and they could care less even though I just opened this the day before. They washed their hands and sent me to the manufacturer to deal with weeks of going back and forth even though this was still within the 30 days of purchase (it had actually been a week since we bought it). I would recommend going somewhere else, probably amazon and if you have any issues there it will be resolved immediately.

GBStroller has rust We bought a Mamas & Papas Ocarro Stroller from Albee Baby and that was our first purchase made on their website. There are multiple rustic spots were found after the stroller has been received. One of the rusts is on the rear wheel axle which may break and results in suddenly crash when using and hurt the baby. Tried to contact the Albee Baby, BUT no response.

SEI've been emailing them for several… I've been emailing them for several days now, regarding an order I want to make, but haven't got one single email in return. Tried to contact them on messenger, got a reply that I should contact them via email. I just want some help, and not having to call from Sweden, bc it's super expensive. Can't understand why they don't answer emails. Some trouble with their email system. Everything sorted out now! Wonderful customer service. Would totally recommend!
