I've been emailing them for several… I've been emailing them for several days now, regarding an order I want to make, but haven't got one single email in return. Tried to contact them on messenger, got a reply that I should contact them via email. I just want some help, and not having to call from Sweden, bc it's super expensive. Can't understand why they don't answer emails. Some trouble with their email system. Everything sorted out now! Wonderful customer service. Would totally recommend!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service and high quality products! Bought a Miffy First Light lamp and a Stokke Steps High Chair. Unfortunately the chair came with some scratches. Albeebaby quickly gave me different options, whereof I choose a partial refund, instead of returning the chair or parts of it.

Do not buy from here! I bought this last week from here and it came in a a box that was in a terrible condition. I'm not sure if they sent me a return or just a product that had been sitting in a bad condition warehouse for many months. The Stroller has 2 horrible screeching noises that are not fixable. I contacted Albee Baby and they could care less even though I just opened this the day before. They washed their hands and sent me to the manufacturer to deal with weeks of going back and forth even though this was still within the 30 days of purchase (it had actually been a week since we bought it). I would recommend going somewhere else, probably amazon and if you have any issues there it will be resolved immediately.

Unmatched Customer Service I had a great experience ordering from albeebaby! I purchased a Wonderfold wagon and it was shipped super quickly. I placed my order on Friday, but realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I got in contact with someone from albeebaby through social media the next day and the problem was immediately resolved. The correct color item was delivered 3 days later. We also appreciate the First Responder discount that they offer! I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

scammers. We bought 3 carseats (2 nuna revv and 1 maxi cosi which turned out to be a dangerous unsecure design). We returned the maxi cosi and they received our return july 26th and ignore all our efforts to get an update since then.. They kept all our money and the carseat. We called and the lady cut us off after we gave the order number, rudely saying "we'll check the warehouse. BYE" and then she hung up! We emailed, and got no responses multiple times. We commented on their instagram posts and they said oh no we are so sorry, DM us and we'll help you. We DMed them and they didn't even reply since 5 days ago.
