GBDo not buy from here! I bought this last week from here and it came in a a box that was in a terrible condition. I'm not sure if they sent me a return or just a product that had been sitting in a bad condition warehouse for many months. The Stroller has 2 horrible screeching noises that are not fixable. I contacted Albee Baby and they could care less even though I just opened this the day before. They washed their hands and sent me to the manufacturer to deal with weeks of going back and forth even though this was still within the 30 days of purchase (it had actually been a week since we bought it). I would recommend going somewhere else, probably amazon and if you have any issues there it will be resolved immediately.

GBOrdered a high backed booster seat and… Ordered a high backed booster seat and got e-mail from them that it shipped. Status never changed on UPS from "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible", and learned it was out of stock when called. OK, that happens. CS rep didn't process refund when it was first requested, and was very rude on second phone call.

SEI've been emailing them for several… I've been emailing them for several days now, regarding an order I want to make, but haven't got one single email in return. Tried to contact them on messenger, got a reply that I should contact them via email. I just want some help, and not having to call from Sweden, bc it's super expensive. Can't understand why they don't answer emails. Some trouble with their email system. Everything sorted out now! Wonderful customer service. Would totally recommend!

GBWill update to 4 starts when my refund is settled Why 3 stars? Because Albee baby and I have not settled everything completely, I will update to 4 stars when my refund comes into my bank account. I did not give it 5 stars simply because I just wish they could have refunded me earlier instead of me having to wait 2 weeks, I actually would have rather had the products arrive instead of getting money back. But due to the fact that it was a baby shower present for my sister, and the date had already passed I just gave her money instead. Everything would have arrived on time if they didn't wait 2 weeks to take me into consideration
