Great customer service and warehouse team ! Purchased Cybex Priam Stroller back in January. Recently got a carry cot, but unfortunately it didn’t match our stroller, so we sent it back. Accidentally, sent a safety bumper bar from the stroller with the carry cot 🤦‍♀️. Was worried that it will get lost or re-sold with it. Called and wrote an email to Albee’s customer service , within a few days they found my return and sent me back the bumper bar!!! Whole time customer service’s communication was awesome! Very professional and courteous team they have there! Thank you Albee Baby ❤️

Albee Baby rocks! Albee Baby rocks! They exceed the common products and brands. Their customer service is unbelievably helpful and their response time is great! They often have sales, even on the newest items available and their shipping time is usually a few days. We as grandparents could not be more pleased with a company that satisfies our grandchildren's needs.

I've been emailing them for several… I've been emailing them for several days now, regarding an order I want to make, but haven't got one single email in return. Tried to contact them on messenger, got a reply that I should contact them via email. I just want some help, and not having to call from Sweden, bc it's super expensive. Can't understand why they don't answer emails. Some trouble with their email system. Everything sorted out now! Wonderful customer service. Would totally recommend!

Recently purchased a Britax b ready… Recently purchased a Britax b ready stroller with this company and after having some issues with the site I wasn’t able to purchase the item for the original sale price. However, when I contacted Albee baby customer service they honored the original sale price! Couldn’t be more pleased and amazed by this company. We ordered a stroller for a Disneyland… We ordered a stroller for a Disneyland trip from the website at the last second (wife wanted one with more padding for the baby). Understood that it wouldn’t arrive at home in time, but sent a note to Albee asking to please ensure it got on the UPS truck that afternoon. It met us in Anaheim when we checked in to the hotel. Great experience.
