GBDo not buy from here! I bought this last week from here and it came in a a box that was in a terrible condition. I'm not sure if they sent me a return or just a product that had been sitting in a bad condition warehouse for many months. The Stroller has 2 horrible screeching noises that are not fixable. I contacted Albee Baby and they could care less even though I just opened this the day before. They washed their hands and sent me to the manufacturer to deal with weeks of going back and forth even though this was still within the 30 days of purchase (it had actually been a week since we bought it). I would recommend going somewhere else, probably amazon and if you have any issues there it will be resolved immediately.

GBOrdered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates… Ordered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates for a total of over $600. 2 arrived with significant scratches. 1 never arrived. Was told the last one would ship within 3 days, then a week goes by, I ask about it - it's on back order. Replacement for scratched baby gates arrive - one is cracked. Albee baby doesn't answer the phone and barely responds to email. Thank goodness the manufacturer responded to my emails. Probably would use Amazon or BuyBuyBaby in the future.

I recently had a question about a problem I was having when placing an order and contacted customer service through emails. Someone wrote back to me within minutes every email and solved my problem easily.

They often have sales, even on the newest items available and their shipping time is usually a few days. GBGreat customer service and warehouse team ! Purchased Cybex Priam Stroller back in January. Recently got a carry cot, but unfortunately it didn’t match our stroller, so we sent it back. Accidentally, sent a safety bumper bar from the stroller with the carry cot 🤦♀️. Was worried that it will get lost or re-sold with it. Called and wrote an email to Albee’s customer service , within a few days they found my return and sent me back the bumper bar!!! Whole time customer service’s communication was awesome! Very professional and courteous team they have there! Thank you Albee Baby ❤️
