Unmatched Customer Service I had a great experience ordering from albeebaby! I purchased a Wonderfold wagon and it was shipped super quickly. I placed my order on Friday, but realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I got in contact with someone from albeebaby through social media the next day and the problem was immediately resolved. The correct color item was delivered 3 days later. We also appreciate the First Responder discount that they offer! I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Recently purchased a Britax b ready… Recently purchased a Britax b ready stroller with this company and after having some issues with the site I wasn’t able to purchase the item for the original sale price. However, when I contacted Albee baby customer service they honored the original sale price! Couldn’t be more pleased and amazed by this company. I've been emailing them for several… I've been emailing them for several days now, regarding an order I want to make, but haven't got one single email in return. Tried to contact them on messenger, got a reply that I should contact them via email. I just want some help, and not having to call from Sweden, bc it's super expensive. Can't understand why they don't answer emails. Some trouble with their email system. Everything sorted out now! Wonderful customer service. Would totally recommend!

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service and high quality products! Bought a Miffy First Light lamp and a Stokke Steps High Chair. Unfortunately the chair came with some scratches. Albeebaby quickly gave me different options, whereof I choose a partial refund, instead of returning the chair or parts of it.
