Customer service is amazing, from an issue with my Cybex and an issue with store credit it was resolved within minutes of sending an email. This company goes above and beyond for its costumers. I’ve ordered a numerous amount of times from them, the shipping is great, communication is great, and they’re super friendly!

Super worse return policy Super worse return policy, they are asking for us to pay for the return shipping cost which is totally unacceptable. The product is in its original packaging and has never been used. We just didn’t like the quality of the product and want to return it immediately, but bummer, we have to pay the return shipping cost. Worst ever company. STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Excellent Prices and Customer Service Their pricing on the booster car seats we ordered was the best we could find on the Internet. Additionally, there was a price drop shortly after we ordered, and they gave us a matching credit without any hassle. We will definitely start making sure to check their store first when looking for baby and kid items in the future!

scammers. We bought 3 carseats (2 nuna revv and 1 maxi cosi which turned out to be a dangerous unsecure design). We returned the maxi cosi and they received our return july 26th and ignore all our efforts to get an update since then.. They kept all our money and the carseat. We called and the lady cut us off after we gave the order number, rudely saying "we'll check the warehouse. BYE" and then she hung up! We emailed, and got no responses multiple times. We commented on their instagram posts and they said oh no we are so sorry, DM us and we'll help you. We DMed them and they didn't even reply since 5 days ago.
