Super cute! and legit I was a little uncertain about whether or not to give this a try, but I've really liked my plushies. I purchased the little alien one and a bat one. Super cute, and my kiddo loves them. I also ordered some stickers (twice). Once the stickers were a bit smooshed but the others were not.

Cute Quality Plushes I'm seeing a lot of references to TikTok and "Live" in these reviews and I can't speak to any of that... but I purchased directly from their website on 3 separate occasions and have had no issues. The shipping does take a while (coming from China to US) but it does come eventually and has decent tracking. The plushies are soft and high quality. It takes a day or two for them to fully fluff up after being vacuum-packed.

I love this store I have ordered several items from this store and each one has been super soft and cute on top of being a fair price even without the frequent sales. In the one fluke experience that I had a small concern the customer service was quick and friendly and it was resolved without any issue. I highly recommend this store and will be continuing to buy here for both myself and my loved ones.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item on 12/4/23. I paid for expedited shipping and still as of 1/10/24 no item and no update to tracking! I have emailed customer service multiple times and they continue to tell me to be patient! I have asked for a refund at least 4 times and still no refund just them saying “let me check logistics”. DO NOT buy from this company.

Read their return policy before ordering! Mewaii sent the wrong item and refuses to pay for return shipping, even though the error was theirs. Should have read their return policy before ordering; however, never imagined a business would have such a poor policy. Several days of back and forth with their customer service and all they will offer is a price adjustment on this item that I do not want. Never again.
