Only one had a little less stuffy inside but others was great . Shipping did take a while, didn’t get everything till after Christmas but they was still happy.. I was glad that we at least got them all . I would order again but a lot sooner so I can make sure they arrive on time especially if it’s a holiday or birthday..

Good product. Timely shipping. Ordered for Christmas gift and product arrived in time. Very good product. Registering for an account allowed me to get very detailed shipping information for my orders. The only downside: their contact email doesn't seem to work. Initially I didn't register an account, and couldn't find tracking information. Registering using the same email address I placed the order with solved the problem.

Capybara I bought the capybara stuffed animal thing for my little sister for Christmas. The thing is stitched together horribly. The eyes and ears are completely uneven by an entire inch and it looks like it was flattened by a car. Definitely cheaply made and I would not recommend spending $30+ on this.

really long shipping time😣 I placed two orders for plushies on November 9th, they were shipped on the 13th and then i got some regular updates until the 22nd, when i stopped getting updates. I understand they ship from China but it’s been almost two weeks since an update on my order. I’m probably gonna see if i can get a refund🤷🏻‍♂️

Facebook Tiktok I saw all the advertisements on facebook and tiktok. One day I decided to look on there website. I saw a nice cute panda pillow plush and my friend adores pandas. With the money I got for my birthday, I decided I wanted to get my friend the 54 inch one as a gift. I used my mother's card to buy one. Then realized that after I made the purchase that they didnt provide us with a tracking number. I guess because we didn't sign up and make a profile on their website. Worried that I might have been just scammed I went to go check out customer reviews and research on the website. Something I should've done beforehand. Since there was a lot of negative reviews and comments about there products and customer service. I decided to cancel the order and tried to get a refund. They sent us an email saying that we would get refunded in 10 businesses days. It's been 3 weeks and still haven't got my money back.
