I bought 4 different stuffies from here… I bought 4 different stuffies from here and they r beautiful my daughters both loved them all . Only one had a little less stuffy inside but others was great . Shipping did take a while, didn’t get everything till after Christmas but they was still happy.. I was glad that we at least got them all . I would order again but a lot sooner so I can make sure they arrive on time especially if it’s a holiday or birthday..

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item on 12/4/23. I paid for expedited shipping and still as of 1/10/24 no item and no update to tracking! I have emailed customer service multiple times and they continue to tell me to be patient! I have asked for a refund at least 4 times and still no refund just them saying “let me check logistics”. DO NOT buy from this company.

Got Exactly What I Wanted And It Only Took 10 Days My plushie arrived ten days from the date of shipment, which surprised me since it was in the middle of Chinese New Year. The plushie came safely vacuum-packed and puffed up to its proper size in minutes and is amazingly soft and squishy as advertised. No issues with the sewing or stuffing at all. Would easily buy from Mewaii again.

Facebook Tiktok I saw all the advertisements on facebook and tiktok. One day I decided to look on there website. I saw a nice cute panda pillow plush and my friend adores pandas. With the money I got for my birthday, I decided I wanted to get my friend the 54 inch one as a gift. I used my mother's card to buy one. Then realized that after I made the purchase that they didnt provide us with a tracking number. I guess because we didn't sign up and make a profile on their website. Worried that I might have been just scammed I went to go check out customer reviews and research on the website. Something I should've done beforehand. Since there was a lot of negative reviews and comments about there products and customer service. I decided to cancel the order and tried to get a refund. They sent us an email saying that we would get refunded in 10 businesses days. It's been 3 weeks and still haven't got my money back.

Good products and response time, but shipping issues My first order from Mewaii came on time as expected in November. My second order on December 7 had very delayed tracking information. Customer service did get back to me very promptly each interaction. I requested a refund multiple times but they did not respond to that; instead they sent me a replacement shipment that did come in a timely fashion. The first shipment also eventually got here but tracking info was completely off. I did not have to return the first shipment. The products are good, order was accurate, and customer service was responsive. Sounds from other reviews like their third-partner logistics company and tracking is less-than-stellar, especially during the holiday season.
