Read their return policy before ordering! Mewaii sent the wrong item and refuses to pay for return shipping, even though the error was theirs. Should have read their return policy before ordering; however, never imagined a business would have such a poor policy. Several days of back and forth with their customer service and all they will offer is a price adjustment on this item that I do not want. Never again.

Unimpressed, long wait time Ordered on 11/24/23, they waited a week to ship, and I never received until 1/5/24. Tracking would just stop for weeks at a time. Customer service kept asking me to be patient. Once received, I was disappointed in the capybara I purchased. Threads hanging and smaller than I was expecting (I paid for a 15”, this measures about 11”. No tags stitched in, no hang tags. This having been 50% off, between the plushie and the shipping cost I paid about $30. This is worth about $10. Never again. Don’t waste your money. Amazon didn’t have the exact design I wanted, and I was under the impression this was buying directly from the manufacturer. I should have done a bit more research.

Capybara I bought the capybara stuffed animal thing for my little sister for Christmas. The thing is stitched together horribly. The eyes and ears are completely uneven by an entire inch and it looks like it was flattened by a car. Definitely cheaply made and I would not recommend spending $30+ on this.

Cute Quality Plushes I'm seeing a lot of references to TikTok and "Live" in these reviews and I can't speak to any of that... but I purchased directly from their website on 3 separate occasions and have had no issues. The shipping does take a while (coming from China to US) but it does come eventually and has decent tracking. The plushies are soft and high quality. It takes a day or two for them to fully fluff up after being vacuum-packed.

Super cute! and legit I was a little uncertain about whether or not to give this a try, but I've really liked my plushies. I purchased the little alien one and a bat one. Super cute, and my kiddo loves them. I also ordered some stickers (twice). Once the stickers were a bit smooshed but the others were not.
