GBOrder a large model of USS HORNET Order a large model of USS HORNET, agreed and paid costs in feb 2021, model arrived in March 2021 with additional shipping costs of £70.00. Returned goods as unauthorised additional cost. They agreed refund within 14working days, I'm still waiting 6 weeks later for refund and now they don't even respond to my emails. So much for customer care!!!!!!! Your better with a English company a leased they keep to there work.

GBCrooked outfit - AVOID Avoid, this lot are professionally incompetent and very shadowy. They are not in the UK which they falsely represent. I ordered a P40 book, a month later a set of F16 decals arrived. The returns process took a few more months and many emails, then 6 months later another set of F16 decals arrived. I still have no book and no sign of getting my money back

BEDisasterous custormer service An awful company that send me the wrong product and refuses to answer my mails or messages, even though I even contacted them by phone. Money first, customers last. Beware before buying anything from these people.

GBAnd the dreadful customer service continues... On 6th February I posted a 1 out of 5 star rating for dreadful customer service. I was contacted two days later saying that I would receive a refund for my shipping costs and that this would be complete within 14 working days. It’s working day 19 and guess what? Yep, no refund, even after chasing them again. Seriously - how **bad** can customer service get?! If I could give a rating of less than one, I would.

GBExcellent communication and prompt… Excellent communication and prompt service. Although I haven't received my package yet, that's due to the United States Postal Service's black hole, NOT to 1001 Modelkits. If I see something I want and they have it, I'll get it from them.
