I've ordered from them for years and they're the best with prompt and careful shipping and, now I can add, customer service! You can order with confidence from 1001Models.

GBHaving purchased several items from… Having purchased several items from 1001 I must admit that the service leaves little to be desired! It is direct throughout with constant updates of any problems that may arise! They also reply to your queries promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in this type of craft!

GBVery good price I recently purchased a MG Gundam F91 2.0. The price was excellent, far cheaper than I could find it anywhere in the UK. My only gripe, is that it took 3 weeks to process the order before shipping it. I've had orders from Japan that have processed and shipped quicker. I will still consider this site for future purchases though and would recommend them, if you are not in a hurry to get your items.

GBCrooked outfit - AVOID Avoid, this lot are professionally incompetent and very shadowy. They are not in the UK which they falsely represent. I ordered a P40 book, a month later a set of F16 decals arrived. The returns process took a few more months and many emails, then 6 months later another set of F16 decals arrived. I still have no book and no sign of getting my money back

GBYou get only 2 stars because why you… You get only 2 stars because why you have a great selection of items for the plastic scale modeler, your order fullfillment process is way to slow. Your website says item available in 4-5 days yet it has been over a week and my order STILL is being processed. If you don't have the item in STOCK, don't display it at all! This is the second time this has happened, the first time you gave me a voucher, that is no good, refund the money so I can get what I want elsewhere. Once I receive my current orders I will probably drop you from my list of online suppliers because of your poor order fullfiillment process. And don't blame COVID either, I can handle 3-5 extra days but I will not tolerate WEEKS of delay.
