GBUseless Useless, totally useless company, took over 7 days to dispatch the order. Even though they state 48hours Dont answer emails, customer service on telephone cant understand accents, emails not answered, and when i eventually got through to a girl call Juliet, she was the most useless and rude person i have ever spoken to. I explained my issues and the answer i got was "what do you want me to do about it", "we are a bad company" So good bye. Will never order anything from this company again

GBWhenever I order any kits the service… Whenever I order any kits the service is excellent. The delivery is very good considering the circumstances due to the pandemic. The fact that everyone is experiencing such problems due to covid-19 makes their service so good. Keep up the good work. Yours sincerely, William.

GBI was hesitant to order from this site… I was hesitant to order from this site based on some bad reviews I saw online, but I actually had a great experience. The shipping from France to US took about three weeks. My items arrived packaged well. And the owner was very responsive to my emails.

GBYou get only 2 stars because why you… You get only 2 stars because why you have a great selection of items for the plastic scale modeler, your order fullfillment process is way to slow. Your website says item available in 4-5 days yet it has been over a week and my order STILL is being processed. If you don't have the item in STOCK, don't display it at all! This is the second time this has happened, the first time you gave me a voucher, that is no good, refund the money so I can get what I want elsewhere. Once I receive my current orders I will probably drop you from my list of online suppliers because of your poor order fullfiillment process. And don't blame COVID either, I can handle 3-5 extra days but I will not tolerate WEEKS of delay.
