BETerrible company Terrible company, box pushers pur sang! You should avoid this company at any times. Absurdly high prices, bad communication (only when there's a customer alert they answer your e-mails), cluttered website, they're messing up the order history, delivery times are not respected and some items never arrive. Their strategy: you order then they order. No stock available. But if you still want to order something from their website, take screen shots as evidence!!

GBGood experience with 1001Hobbies Good experience with 1001Hobbies! There were some bargains to be had on this site, so I held my breath, ignored some of the more unsettling Trustpilot comments and made an order. Well, I got my items today and very pleased I am with them too. Well packaged and in good condition. 1001 Hobbies took only a little longer than some companies to get the items to my door but provided good communication and updates throughout. While not being able to vouch for the more negative feedback they've recieved on Trustpilot, I think it'd be fair to document my own. If you see a bargain on their site, give them a try!

GBUseless Useless, totally useless company, took over 7 days to dispatch the order. Even though they state 48hours Dont answer emails, customer service on telephone cant understand accents, emails not answered, and when i eventually got through to a girl call Juliet, she was the most useless and rude person i have ever spoken to. I explained my issues and the answer i got was "what do you want me to do about it", "we are a bad company" So good bye. Will never order anything from this company again

GBHaving purchased several items from… Having purchased several items from 1001 I must admit that the service leaves little to be desired! It is direct throughout with constant updates of any problems that may arise! They also reply to your queries promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in this type of craft!

GBI know Fairy Swordfish were slow Ordered Fairy Swordfish kit on 21 Feb 21 which was despatched on 1st March. It arrived in the UK on the 8th March and languished in customs until the 13th when it was released and was delivered on the 15th March. The kit arrived in a large box, well packed with brown paper and appears to be undamaged, I haven't opened the product box yet otherwise I'll start building it and that wouldn't do as I have another kit in construction already.
