You get only 2 stars because why you… You get only 2 stars because why you have a great selection of items for the plastic scale modeler, your order fullfillment process is way to slow. Your website says item available in 4-5 days yet it has been over a week and my order STILL is being processed. If you don't have the item in STOCK, don't display it at all! This is the second time this has happened, the first time you gave me a voucher, that is no good, refund the money so I can get what I want elsewhere. Once I receive my current orders I will probably drop you from my list of online suppliers because of your poor order fullfiillment process. And don't blame COVID either, I can handle 3-5 extra days but I will not tolerate WEEKS of delay.

RC 1/16 tank I recently bought from this supplier as I thought they were based in the UK as they had a UK web address, however the item was sent from France and i had a huge (more than 25% of the items cost) customs charge put on. The Item did arrive quickly by UPS so no issues other than the customs charge that was not made clear on ordering.

Very good price I recently purchased a MG Gundam F91 2.0. The price was excellent, far cheaper than I could find it anywhere in the UK. My only gripe, is that it took 3 weeks to process the order before shipping it. I've had orders from Japan that have processed and shipped quicker. I will still consider this site for future purchases though and would recommend them, if you are not in a hurry to get your items.

There were some bargains to be had on this site, so I held my breath, ignored some of the more unsettling Trustpilot comments and made an order. Well, I got my items today and very pleased I am with them too. Well packaged and in good condition. 1001 Hobbies took only a little longer than some companies to get the items to my door but provided good communication and updates throughout. While not being able to vouch for the more negative feedback they've recieved on Trustpilot, I think it'd be fair to document my own. If you see a bargain on their site, give them a try!
