GBRC 1/16 tank I recently bought from this supplier as I thought they were based in the UK as they had a UK web address, however the item was sent from France and i had a huge (more than 25% of the items cost) customs charge put on. The Item did arrive quickly by UPS so no issues other than the customs charge that was not made clear on ordering.

GBI was hesitant to order from this site… I was hesitant to order from this site based on some bad reviews I saw online, but I actually had a great experience. The shipping from France to US took about three weeks. My items arrived packaged well. And the owner was very responsive to my emails.

NLWARNING: DONT PRE ORDER After placing a pre order of hundreds of euros 1001hobbies failed to deliver after a year(!) of waiting. After keep having to ask for a delivery date and them postponing I gave up and canceled after being patient for a year. They charged 25% 'administration fee' resulting in losing more then a 100 euro in my refund. Never buying here again.

GBCrooked outfit - AVOID Avoid, this lot are professionally incompetent and very shadowy. They are not in the UK which they falsely represent. I ordered a P40 book, a month later a set of F16 decals arrived. The returns process took a few more months and many emails, then 6 months later another set of F16 decals arrived. I still have no book and no sign of getting my money back

BEDisasterous custormer service An awful company that send me the wrong product and refuses to answer my mails or messages, even though I even contacted them by phone. Money first, customers last. Beware before buying anything from these people.
