I had to ask about the shipment status, bags came apart when opened?? I had to ask about the shipment, when you pay extra for a rush ship you'd think there wd be some communication when it's shipped out...secondly most of the bags came apart at seams when opened which was very discouraging, could only use one package as I did not have time to have to re-glue every bag to ensure they would stay closed. Not good all around but they were cute bags.

Fantastic customer service I ordered an outfit for my baby from the Babyswag site and the size I chose ended up being too big--it was my own error. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out the size I needed and gave me return label so I could ship back the wrong sized item for free. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again because their service is excellent!

Disappointed. I purchased, what I thought was an infant headband! No way! It said it was for newborn up ??¿??????

Excellent Service! Babyswag made shopping easy! Shipping was super fast and received tracking information right away! Have and will continue to shop Babyswag again and again for their high quality products and excellent service!

ITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE … ITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE BUTTON WAS BROKEN. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THE OUTFIT AND LOVE IT BUT WAS SAD THAT THE BUTTON CAME ALREADY DESTROYED AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS. I LOVE THE CLOTHES ON THE SITE SO I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ONCE MORE AND SEE IF ANYTHING ON NEXT ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.
