1st time shopper. Love the assortment and brands on BabySwag! My shopping experience on their site was fun and I found it easy to create outfits for my 1 year old twins. I felt they had just the right amount of choices per brand. My order arrived quicker than expected! I had a question so I emailed customer service and received a prompt and courteous reply! Disappointed. I purchased,what I thought was an infant headband! No way! It said it was for newborn up ??¿??????

I had to ask about the shipment status, bags came apart when opened?? I had to ask about the shipment, when you pay extra for a rush ship you'd think there wd be some communication when it's shipped out...secondly most of the bags came apart at seams when opened which was very discouraging, could only use one package as I did not have time to have to re-glue every bag to ensure they would stay closed. Not good all around but they were cute bags.
