Slight Glitch in Shipping, but quickly resolved I ordered a crib and changer. I received a shipping notification with FedEx tracking number shortly thereafter. A few days later the crib arrived, but not the changer. I was worried because the shipping notification indicated that both items were being shipped under the same FedEx number, but FedEx only had a record of one item. BabySwag resolved the issue quickly, however, by informing me that the changer would ship when available, next month. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the inconvenience of needing to call to understand that mistake. Crib arrived quickly and was packed excellently. Very happy with my purchase.

I did no receive my complete order (1 … I did no receive my complete order (1 of 2 purchased items), nor did I receive any communication about the order issue.

I had to ask about the shipment status, bags came apart when opened?? I had to ask about the shipment, when you pay extra for a rush ship you'd think there wd be some communication when it's shipped out...secondly most of the bags came apart at seams when opened which was very discouraging, could only use one package as I did not have time to have to re-glue every bag to ensure they would stay closed. Not good all around but they were cute bags.

Returns When placing my order I missed the fact that all sale items were final and could not be returned. I was disappointed that the quality of the item (romper) wasn't worth the price I paid ($30 -- regularly $49). There was no description of the item, and the romper was too thin for the price. I wish I could exchange it or get a credit towards another item that I can use since I was disappointed in my purchase. I will never order sale items from Baby Swag again... Most stores will even take sales items back to have a satisfied customer.
