USReturn Policy is Crap. Love the clothes, hate their policies. We have had the package they set not arrive TWICE now and both times the only response was to take it up with USPS. Totally uncompromising.

USSlight Glitch in Shipping, but quickly resolved I ordered a crib and changer. I received a shipping notification with FedEx tracking number shortly thereafter. A few days later the crib arrived, but not the changer. I was worried because the shipping notification indicated that both items were being shipped under the same FedEx number, but FedEx only had a record of one item. BabySwag resolved the issue quickly, however, by informing me that the changer would ship when available, next month. The only reason for 4/5 stars is the inconvenience of needing to call to understand that mistake. Crib arrived quickly and was packed excellently. Very happy with my purchase.

USNot impressed.... Bad experience! Its like they run it from home. You call a 800 number for customer service and get a voicemail to leave a message. Noone ever picks up the phone nor get back to you :/

USThe worst company ever!!!! What a fraud. I order a hat for my son size 12-18 months. They send me a hat that would fit a newborn and when I asked them to exchange it they told me it was a final sale and to suck on it!!!! Never had that problem with Gucci or Hermès kids.
