GBITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE … ITEM CAME APPEARING TO BE NEW BUT THE BUTTON WAS BROKEN. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THE OUTFIT AND LOVE IT BUT WAS SAD THAT THE BUTTON CAME ALREADY DESTROYED AND THERE ARE NO RETURNS. I LOVE THE CLOTHES ON THE SITE SO I WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN ONCE MORE AND SEE IF ANYTHING ON NEXT ITEM IS DEFECTIVE.

GBThe worst company ever!!!! What a fraud. I order a hat for my son size 12-18 months. They send me a hat that would fit a newborn and when I asked them to exchange it they told me it was a final sale and to suck on it!!!! Never had that problem with Gucci or Hermès kids.

GBDISAPPOINTED First experience with BabySwag, and I never received my package. Customer service offered to file a claim with USPS for me instead of just sending me another onesie. $40 is not much to lose to offer great customer service and ensure a repeat customer, but I guess they don't care to go out of their way for the customer. So now I am out $40, no gift for a baby shower, and waiting to hear if I will be refunded or not.

GBNot impressed.... Bad experience! Its like they run it from home. You call a 800 number for customer service and get a voicemail to leave a message. Noone ever picks up the phone nor get back to you :/
