GBI had to ask about the shipment status, bags came apart when opened?? I had to ask about the shipment, when you pay extra for a rush ship you'd think there wd be some communication when it's shipped out...secondly most of the bags came apart at seams when opened which was very discouraging, could only use one package as I did not have time to have to re-glue every bag to ensure they would stay closed. Not good all around but they were cute bags.

GBReturns When placing my order I missed the fact that all sale items were final and could not be returned. I was disappointed that the quality of the item (romper) wasn't worth the price I paid ($30 -- regularly $49). There was no description of the item, and the romper was too thin for the price. I wish I could exchange it or get a credit towards another item that I can use since I was disappointed in my purchase. I will never order sale items from Baby Swag again... Most stores will even take sales items back to have a satisfied customer.

GBReturn Policy is Crap. Love the clothes, hate their policies. We have had the package they set not arrive TWICE now and both times the only response was to take it up with USPS. Totally uncompromising.

GBI placed my order almost a month ago … I placed my order almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. It has shown as pre-shipment (items not shipped) by USPS for over a week now. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company!!
