GBHappy blankie is busy flooding their… Happy blankie is busy flooding their reviews with fake ratings but will not reach out to real customers. I placed my order on December 4th and have emailed multiple times, reached out on Instagram. Called a number I found online and left a message, left a chat on their website and still crickets. If someone would have just said- “I’m sorry, it’s taking longer than usual.” I probably wouldn’t have cared so much but the fact that they took my money and I haven’t heard a single thing is super upsetting.

GBRepeat customer! My Happy Blankies always arrive packaged well to preserve the great quality of the blankie. My son has dragged these around, from the house, to the park, to various hospital visits. They are 2 years old, and still look like they did the day we got them! Monogram names are an affordably priced extra.

GBThe most adorable blanky ever! The most adorable blanky ever! I got the Polar Bear face with a satin, lavender bloom bow which added the perfect touch. I asked customer service if I could see better pictures of the bows before I chose which print I wanted and they were super responsive and helpful in getting me photos of each bow which really helped me narrow it down. I love it so much I plan to buy another!

GBHorrible customer service Preordered a blanket that was supposed to be shipped November 2019. Received an email December 2019 that order was going to be delayed for a few months and they would send out biweekly updates on the status. Due to COVID-19 I expected it to be delayed but never received any other updates on the order. Have been emailing customer service for 3 weeks with no response. Update: I finally received a response and was issued a refund. Quick refund after receiving their email response.
