GBHorrible customer service Preordered a blanket that was supposed to be shipped November 2019. Received an email December 2019 that order was going to be delayed for a few months and they would send out biweekly updates on the status. Due to COVID-19 I expected it to be delayed but never received any other updates on the order. Have been emailing customer service for 3 weeks with no response. Update: I finally received a response and was issued a refund. Quick refund after receiving their email response.

GBNever received my product I wish I could give less stars. I ordered my product on Dec 3rd as a Christmas gift and never received a single update or notification. I have reached out to the seller multiple times through multiple ways (Email, Directly via their site, Shopify) and have received no response.

GBAwful Customer Service Awful Customer Service! I'm still waiting for my order and get no response from Happy Blankie! My credit card has been charged and they will not respond to email and cannot be reached by phone. I'm very concerned they are out of business but still taking orders and collecting the money. Very upset long time customer.
