USFraudulent Company I ordered from them 3 weeks ago. Went to check on the order a few days ago, their website was down, but said it wouldld be back. Still down yesterday so I emailed the 2 listed options on my confirmation email. Both Bounced back. I tried a phone number listed for them, it went to a random woman. Fraudulent company. I'm currently put $133 with the gift wrapping/ personalization I had paid for. I'm in the process of working with the bank/ CC company to reverse the payment.

USI ordered a swaddle set and blanket on… I ordered a swaddle set and blanket on June 24 it’s now August 13 and I still haven’t received it! I’ve contacted happy blankie multiple times and haven’t heard anything back i will call my credit card company to get my money back… horrible!

USHorrible Customer Service and… Horrible Customer Service and Fulfillment Ordered an in-stock item in April and have yet to receive it, although I was charged for it. Have tried to contact them multiple times through email and website (only options) and have never heard back. Now I will take it up with my credit card company
