GBHorrible Customer Service and… Horrible Customer Service and Fulfillment Ordered an in-stock item in April and have yet to receive it, although I was charged for it. Have tried to contact them multiple times through email and website (only options) and have never heard back. Now I will take it up with my credit card company

GBI would like to see the product with…update the website. I would like to see the product with the additional colors added on the blankie as I order it. I want to see if colors will coordinate with each other ie: bows and script as well as the placement on the preferred blankie. Scrolling through the hundreds of facebook pictures is not always successful. The small dots of color are not useful in every instance.

GBThis gift was just what I was looking… This gift was just what I was looking for! The quality was great and I cannot say enough about the customer service I received. I'm hoping that more of my friends have babies so that I have an excuse to shop with them some more! I especially appreciate the diversity of the mermaids. It's nice to see representation in these products!

GBAwful Customer Service Awful Customer Service! I'm still waiting for my order and get no response from Happy Blankie! My credit card has been charged and they will not respond to email and cannot be reached by phone. I'm very concerned they are out of business but still taking orders and collecting the money. Very upset long time customer.
