Never received my product I wish I could give less stars. I ordered my product on Dec 3rd as a Christmas gift and never received a single update or notification. I have reached out to the seller multiple times through multiple ways (Email, Directly via their site, Shopify) and have received no response.

Horrible customer service Preordered a blanket that was supposed to be shipped November 2019. Received an email December 2019 that order was going to be delayed for a few months and they would send out biweekly updates on the status. Due to COVID-19 I expected it to be delayed but never received any other updates on the order. Have been emailing customer service for 3 weeks with no response. Update: I finally received a response and was issued a refund. Quick refund after receiving their email response.

Recently disappointed after years of purchasing! I have purchased Happy Blankies in the past and have had nothing but rave reviews for them. Unfortunately this time I never received my products that said they were in stock. I waited the 2-3 weeks as per the website said for bundles and still 6 weeks later nothing. I never received any replies to any of my emails and finally disputed the charge with my credit card company, that I hope reimburses me. If you aren’t able to do business at this time, at least turn off the order portion of your website. It is a shame because they were perfect newborn gifts, had a beautiful backstory and point of the whole business and now only 2 of my 3 kids get to enjoy theirs.

Repeat customer! My Happy Blankies always arrive packaged well to preserve the great quality of the blankie. My son has dragged these around, from the house, to the park, to various hospital visits. They are 2 years old, and still look like they did the day we got them! Monogram names are an affordably priced extra.

I would like to see the product with…update the website. I would like to see the product with the additional colors added on the blankie as I order it. I want to see if colors will coordinate with each other ie: bows and script as well as the placement on the preferred blankie. Scrolling through the hundreds of facebook pictures is not always successful. The small dots of color are not useful in every instance.
