Very disappointed I ordered a blanket on January 30th, 2022 and have heard nothing from them after the confirmation email. I’ve emailed many times asking for the status on my order with no response. This is super disappointing seeing I’ve gotten multiple blankets from them in the past with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately I have no choice but to take further action to get my money back.

The most adorable blanky ever! The most adorable blanky ever! I got the Polar Bear face with a satin, lavender bloom bow which added the perfect touch. I asked customer service if I could see better pictures of the bows before I chose which print I wanted and they were super responsive and helpful in getting me photos of each bow which really helped me narrow it down. I love it so much I plan to buy another!

Never received my product I wish I could give less stars. I ordered my product on Dec 3rd as a Christmas gift and never received a single update or notification. I have reached out to the seller multiple times through multiple ways (Email, Directly via their site, Shopify) and have received no response.

Bad company, great product I haven't even received my blanket yet. I reached out to "customer service" with no luck and now the website is gone.
