GBVery disappointed I ordered a blanket on January 30th, 2022 and have heard nothing from them after the confirmation email. I’ve emailed many times asking for the status on my order with no response. This is super disappointing seeing I’ve gotten multiple blankets from them in the past with no problems whatsoever. Unfortunately I have no choice but to take further action to get my money back.

GBI ordered a swaddle set and blanket on… I ordered a swaddle set and blanket on June 24 it’s now August 13 and I still haven’t received it! I’ve contacted happy blankie multiple times and haven’t heard anything back i will call my credit card company to get my money back… horrible!

GBFraudulent Company I ordered from them 3 weeks ago. Went to check on the order a few days ago, their website was down, but said it wouldld be back. Still down yesterday so I emailed the 2 listed options on my confirmation email. Both Bounced back. I tried a phone number listed for them, it went to a random woman. Fraudulent company. I'm currently put $133 with the gift wrapping/ personalization I had paid for. I'm in the process of working with the bank/ CC company to reverse the payment.

GBRevised Review I received a phone call and text personally from the owner letting me know what exactly was going on. I appreciated finally being heard and also received a refund last night as well. Hopefully things will turn around quickly and they will be back to the customer service that I was so used to in the past. Wishing them continued success with Happy Blankie!!
