GBHappy blankie is busy flooding their… Happy blankie is busy flooding their reviews with fake ratings but will not reach out to real customers. I placed my order on December 4th and have emailed multiple times, reached out on Instagram. Called a number I found online and left a message, left a chat on their website and still crickets. If someone would have just said- “I’m sorry, it’s taking longer than usual.” I probably wouldn’t have cared so much but the fact that they took my money and I haven’t heard a single thing is super upsetting.

GB2nd order in less than 6 months !!! 🦊 & 🐘 First one I ordered for my grandson soon as we found out he was a boy, I ordered Felix the Fox in a medium size it was the cutest thing ever and I just ordered another one last week for a friend of mine for her baby baby girl, baby shower, Rumble the Elephant with a Hot pink bow !!! These are such adorable gifts to gift !!! Definitely think the medium size is the best !!!

GBHorrible Customer Service and… Horrible Customer Service and Fulfillment Ordered an in-stock item in April and have yet to receive it, although I was charged for it. Have tried to contact them multiple times through email and website (only options) and have never heard back. Now I will take it up with my credit card company

GBRecently disappointed after years of purchasing! I have purchased Happy Blankies in the past and have had nothing but rave reviews for them. Unfortunately this time I never received my products that said they were in stock. I waited the 2-3 weeks as per the website said for bundles and still 6 weeks later nothing. I never received any replies to any of my emails and finally disputed the charge with my credit card company, that I hope reimburses me. If you aren’t able to do business at this time, at least turn off the order portion of your website. It is a shame because they were perfect newborn gifts, had a beautiful backstory and point of the whole business and now only 2 of my 3 kids get to enjoy theirs.
