Sad and disappointed
USWould give 0 if I could Would give 0 if I could. I placed an order on December 1st, they took my money and then disappeared. My order status never changed, I emailed twice and sent a separate message through Instagram and nothing! My daughter is without her Christmas gift and I am without my money. Fantastic business model for you, terrible for the customer.

USAwful Customer Service Awful Customer Service! I'm still waiting for my order and get no response from Happy Blankie! My credit card has been charged and they will not respond to email and cannot be reached by phone. I'm very concerned they are out of business but still taking orders and collecting the money. Very upset long time customer.

USReturn customer... This is the 4th Happy Blankie purchase I've made, and it definitely won't be the last! Every blankie has been gorgeous and absolutely LOVED by its recipient! Thank you for making such a beautiful, quality product!

USRepeat customer! My Happy Blankies always arrive packaged well to preserve the great quality of the blankie. My son has dragged these around, from the house, to the park, to various hospital visits. They are 2 years old, and still look like they did the day we got them! Monogram names are an affordably priced extra.

USHorrible customer service Preordered a blanket that was supposed to be shipped November 2019. Received an email December 2019 that order was going to be delayed for a few months and they would send out biweekly updates on the status. Due to COVID-19 I expected it to be delayed but never received any other updates on the order. Have been emailing customer service for 3 weeks with no response. Update: I finally received a response and was issued a refund. Quick refund after receiving their email response.
