GBPlaced my order back in October for… Placed my order back in October for dearest friends newborn. Some items in my order not available. First delivery was not until December and the second order was not until January. For me this was unacceptable as there is a high probability the baby will have outgrown anything 0-3 months. A delivery that takes 2 to 2.5 months for delivery does not work for me. The clothes were cute online but fulfillment was inadequate.

GBI have been left hanging waiting on customer service for response About four years ago I bought some things for my granddaughter from Lenny lemons. I loved my items then. Today I was shopping on their site, and was offered a 20% off my order so I created a account. I selected about $300 worth of merchandise, never received a 20% off code. So I called their customer service. She had me on the phone for 15 minutes and at the end of said call, I received no help at all but to send an email to their customer service. Total waste of my time. If I receive assistance from customer service in the next 24 hrs I will update my review.

GBI ordered an item for my grandson I ordered an item for my grandson. Never received it. Tracking number does not work. Emailed and still waiting. Planning to file a complaint with BBB. I think they are scammers.

GBThese Damn Masks These masks I bought, they are actually annoying, as now my daughter will only wear this brand. No other mask will do. Ugh. Fortunately, these masks, are comfortable, effective (she hasn't been sick) and make kids happy. So good work, Lenny Lemons and thank for existing.

GBOn-time shipping, product as described. I was nervous after placing my order because I saw many reviews saying it took months for them to receive their order. I was VERY pleased to have received my order within 12 days of ordering it! The safari jumper I bought for my little girl is very cute - I can’t wait to have her wear it for themed photos next month!
