Cute stuff- unreliable Three stars for great customer service. They really did try to correct issues right away- there were just so many issues. I want to love them because the clothes are adorable, but cheaply made and the sizing was so inconsistent my little wasn’t able to wear anything. It either came too small or by the time it fit it was out of season. And shipping took a while. I think if they ever switch suppliers they would probably be a good place to order.

Final follow up (July 15) After filing with the BBB, they refunded my money. Buyer Beware! Cute clothes that you'll pay for and never receive! My only regret is that I didnt check out the reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 outfits for my granddaughter this past April. It is now into mid June and I still havent received them. She is now going to be too big soon to even fit into them assuming they still come. No response or resolution through phone or email contact. I'm out my money. Completely Unreliable All products appear to be made in China and come with Chinese logos/tags on the items. What is the point of even having a brand name? Also, took two months for the items to arrive (all separately) and at one point customer service was completely down and tracking information was vague or unobtainable. Granted, this is during a pandemic. But all around, horrible experience, and by the time clothing arrived, they no longer fit my baby.

Shipping delays, but responsive team I ordered my daughter's outfit on September 4th. Today is November 5th and it still has not shipped to me. A very nice person reached out to me today to give me an update on my order and asked if I would prefer a refund instead. I am very appreciative of their friendly and helpful customer service.
