Shipping delays, but responsive team I ordered my daughter's outfit on September 4th. Today is November 5th and it still has not shipped to me. A very nice person reached out to me today to give me an update on my order and asked if I would prefer a refund instead. I am very appreciative of their friendly and helpful customer service.

They take over a month to ship, their customer service is not helpful, and I’m fully prepared for the clothes to be bad quality seeing as the site doesn’t seem legit. They constantly delete bad reviews/comments on social media so that no one is aware of what will actually happen when you order from them.

Customer service can't be bothered to do their job These low ratings are completely justified. I got clothes for my daughter as a gift, and most of my order came in more than a month ago, save for one piece. Instead of tracing my order like every other retailer does as best practice, they want ME to chase down the gift items and photo the pieces I wasn't missing so that they can chase down the one that was. They're too lazy to address the problem of their own creation, instead they want to distract me with meaningless busy work. I've requested a refund, I'll write a follow-up review on that experience if it runs similar to this one.

I’ve purchased several pieces from… I’ve purchased several pieces from Lenny Lemons since my daughter was born. The first few purchases were hit or miss, some great quality pieces and some not so much. I decided I wanted to ensure my infant was wearing high quality fabrics so I put LL on pause for a bit. She’s a toddler now and I went back to try a few more pieces out and we couldn’t be happier. The shipping times have drastically improved, my items arrive in good condition, the pieces themselves are both adorable and at a great price point. Will definitely be trying out the infant options with baby number 2!

I ordered an item for my grandson I ordered an item for my grandson. Never received it. Tracking number does not work. Emailed and still waiting. Planning to file a complaint with BBB. I think they are scammers.
