GBDamaged and unpackaged Recieved my parcel - a large water table which was a suprise for my sons Christmas present, in absolutely no delivery packaging so you could see what the item was, and absolutely damaged and battered. My son saw the item immediately ruining his suprise, and on emailing Toys R Us to complain, I was offered a £3 refund (on a £60 item!) Terrible service.

CAWill NEVER shop there again! Horrible baby registry experience. Horrendous experience from start to finish! it's so ridiculous that they keep the gift giver's name a secret and when they send stuff in the mail I have no way of knowing who to thank! Their system and site are extremely wonky and were missing lots of stuff I scanned in-store. And the biggest issue is that they lie about their return policy!!!! They claim I can return gifts but they will not let you do it in-store because "there's no receipt" which they NEVER EVER PROVIDE IN THE PACKAGES THEY SENT!!!!!! Completely unacceptable and disgusting!!!

CAidiocracy They took out the gender filter on the website, so now you can't narrow your search options down to boys toys, or girls toys. Effectively destroying a major part of the sites functionality. I cant imagine why they'd decide this was a good idea, but it's not helping anybody. It just makes it more difficult to use their website.

CAI called the store to ask for a product… I called the store to ask for a product and the manager, Linda, I believe couldn't be nicer and more helpful! She actually went up to the offices and looked through all the boxes to find the one I was hoping for! She held it for me and I picked it up the next morning. There was an extremely happy child on Christmas with this toy! All the employees in the kitchener location were SUPER friendly and helpful. Thank you sooo very much!

GBI ordered two items for next day… I ordered two items for next day delivery & they did not appear. I contacted customer services around 5 times that day as Royal Mail tracking down. They replied by saying I had placed my order a day later which I had not, and had confirmation e mails sent for my order saying it had been processed & due delivery etc. The customer service team despite e mailing so many times during the day did not respond. Will not be using this company again, and will make sure I spread the word. I stayed in the whole day & had paid for express ( next day) delivery.
