CAToys R Us is a horrible company Toys R Us is a horrible company. They don’t allow you to pick up large items in store, and make extra $ by making you pay a shipping fee (which is upwards of $80). Customer service will not help you. I did my baby registry here and they also don’t allow you to put large items on it so you can’t get the completion discount they “offer”. I’d use Amazon - they have the same things and shipping/service is great.

CAidiocracy They took out the gender filter on the website, so now you can't narrow your search options down to boys toys, or girls toys. Effectively destroying a major part of the sites functionality. I cant imagine why they'd decide this was a good idea, but it's not helping anybody. It just makes it more difficult to use their website.

CAknowledgeable and friendly staff I purchased 2 bikes and a Nintendo switch at Toys r us on West Broadway Vancouver. I had an excellent service from Bernardo who helped my kids trying the bikes and recommending the best ones for their size. Also, he knew everything about Nintendo and the games and suggested the most fun and suitable for my kids. Bernardo was helpful, friendly, and patient with us, and I highly recommend his services at Toys r us. We had a great experience at the store!

CASave your money and buy from elsewhere. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. I ordered the Nuna Rev car seat online and never received it. When i contacted Toys r Us, after two weeks they basically said they can't replace or refund me since their 'investigation' shows the the delivery taking the route to the delivery address. They couldn't provide me with a picture of the successful delivery or if anyone had signed for it. They did nothing, advised me to dispute the chargers with my credit card. i had to go and re-buy the car seat again from elsewhere - putting me out of pocket.

CATheir return policy makes it nearly… Their return policy makes it nearly impossible to return any item. Must be within 30 days, unopened, with original receipt… period! We received two nearly identical gifts, one being a toysRus exclusive toy. I kept it aside, politely thanked those who bought it; and attempted to return the unopened box, a ToysRUs exclusive, still currently in their shelves, 3 days after Christmas in hopes of store credit to buy a different baby doll. Nope, turned away and refused. Do not shop here for any gifts!
