This is specific to Canadian… This is specific to Canadian Toys/Babies R Us. I havent had any issues in store or online. I open my packages when they arrive and verify quality and functionality. I contacted them as I ordered a 3 pack of Dr Browns bottles, but it only came with two bottles. They didn't even try to send me to a store, or sent it back... they took my word and provided a full refund for that item - which truthfully was beyond generous and beyond the resolution I had hoped for.

knowledgeable and friendly staff I purchased 2 bikes and a Nintendo switch at Toys r us on West Broadway Vancouver. I had an excellent service from Bernardo who helped my kids trying the bikes and recommending the best ones for their size. Also, he knew everything about Nintendo and the games and suggested the most fun and suitable for my kids. Bernardo was helpful, friendly, and patient with us, and I highly recommend his services at Toys r us. We had a great experience at the store!

Horrid customer 'service'. Was charged double for 2 stuffed toys supposedly on special and had to return to get a refund. Argumentative moody manager tried to tell me that I can't get refunded. Eventually I was re-imbursed but such unpleasant service has soured my desire to ever shop there again. CHECK your receipts BEFORE leaving the store. On the upside their Our Generation dolls are plentiful and in stock and all the accessories a child could ever want. I was hoping to get a specific Care Bear that was not in stock. Care Bears are huge with kids this year. I'll order online in future.

Bad online order experience Bad online order experience I was trying for a few hours and still failed in processing my online order. I tried contacting the live chat and the employee seemed helpful, but the real issues - their own broken website - was not addressed. I was informed a few times that the problem was "due to my own inaccurate input of the data" which in reality never happened. The website kept doubling the ordered items and dropping the information off the payment page, so I quit with a bitter feeling and decided to make my purchase at some other place.

Toys R Us is so overpriced ! Toys R Us is so overpriced is is not funny they sell their toys at a 100% mark up and when they had real stores on the street they where selling damaged goods at crazy high prices their staff was rude and the managers where ripping people off. the online store should shut down also because you can get all these toys on Amazon for half the price and better service.
