CAI had the best experience in my local… I had the best experience in my local location (St Catharines) and couldn't be more pleased. I was greeted by a girl who looked like she loved what she was doing, and directed to what I was looking for so I could get on my way. From the time I walked in until I walked out I was addressed with smiles and it was seamless. This is my experience every time I go (smiling, helpful staff) and it is what keeps me coming back.

AENever ever get anything from them Never ever get anything from them, very bad after sales customer service and careless manager , who was informed that the oculus would be repaired but waited that the warranty is finished to tell me that it’s not possible as the vendor didn’t accept. He didn’t want to submit that he didn’t do the necessary before warranty was finished and dragged me many time to mirdif city center to try the oculus that was not repaired at all and then to tell me to pick the item as it is….what a respect towards customers ! I hope the higher management would do something…

CAWill NEVER shop there again! Horrible baby registry experience. Horrendous experience from start to finish! it's so ridiculous that they keep the gift giver's name a secret and when they send stuff in the mail I have no way of knowing who to thank! Their system and site are extremely wonky and were missing lots of stuff I scanned in-store. And the biggest issue is that they lie about their return policy!!!! They claim I can return gifts but they will not let you do it in-store because "there's no receipt" which they NEVER EVER PROVIDE IN THE PACKAGES THEY SENT!!!!!! Completely unacceptable and disgusting!!!

CATheir return policy makes it nearly… Their return policy makes it nearly impossible to return any item. Must be within 30 days, unopened, with original receipt… period! We received two nearly identical gifts, one being a toysRus exclusive toy. I kept it aside, politely thanked those who bought it; and attempted to return the unopened box, a ToysRUs exclusive, still currently in their shelves, 3 days after Christmas in hopes of store credit to buy a different baby doll. Nope, turned away and refused. Do not shop here for any gifts!
