CAidiocracy They took out the gender filter on the website, so now you can't narrow your search options down to boys toys, or girls toys. Effectively destroying a major part of the sites functionality. I cant imagine why they'd decide this was a good idea, but it's not helping anybody. It just makes it more difficult to use their website.

CAI called the store to ask for a product… I called the store to ask for a product and the manager, Linda, I believe couldn't be nicer and more helpful! She actually went up to the offices and looked through all the boxes to find the one I was hoping for! She held it for me and I picked it up the next morning. There was an extremely happy child on Christmas with this toy! All the employees in the kitchener location were SUPER friendly and helpful. Thank you sooo very much!

CASave your money and buy from elsewhere. Save your money and buy from elsewhere. I ordered the Nuna Rev car seat online and never received it. When i contacted Toys r Us, after two weeks they basically said they can't replace or refund me since their 'investigation' shows the the delivery taking the route to the delivery address. They couldn't provide me with a picture of the successful delivery or if anyone had signed for it. They did nothing, advised me to dispute the chargers with my credit card. i had to go and re-buy the car seat again from elsewhere - putting me out of pocket.

CAWorst company ever Worst company ever. Even censors your reviews! I submitted a 2-star review for a product I received last week. The low rating was due to poor accountability for a PAID shipping experience, and the fact that the item, which was meant to be a gift, came in ripped packaging. A few days later, I received an email indicating that my review had been moderated - as in, they were not going to post my review online. The email I received said "it doesn’t meet [Toys R Us] current website posting guidelines". This is censorship and I am appalled that after asking for my review, this is the response I received. I took the time to offer other customers my honest opinion and instead, was silenced. How absolutely ridiculous!

CABad online order experience Bad online order experience I was trying for a few hours and still failed in processing my online order. I tried contacting the live chat and the employee seemed helpful, but the real issues - their own broken website - was not addressed. I was informed a few times that the problem was "due to my own inaccurate input of the data" which in reality never happened. The website kept doubling the ordered items and dropping the information off the payment page, so I quit with a bitter feeling and decided to make my purchase at some other place.
