CATheir return policy makes it nearly… Their return policy makes it nearly impossible to return any item. Must be within 30 days, unopened, with original receipt… period! We received two nearly identical gifts, one being a toysRus exclusive toy. I kept it aside, politely thanked those who bought it; and attempted to return the unopened box, a ToysRUs exclusive, still currently in their shelves, 3 days after Christmas in hopes of store credit to buy a different baby doll. Nope, turned away and refused. Do not shop here for any gifts!

CAHorrid customer 'service'. Was charged double for 2 stuffed toys supposedly on special and had to return to get a refund. Argumentative moody manager tried to tell me that I can't get refunded. Eventually I was re-imbursed but such unpleasant service has soured my desire to ever shop there again. CHECK your receipts BEFORE leaving the store. On the upside their Our Generation dolls are plentiful and in stock and all the accessories a child could ever want. I was hoping to get a specific Care Bear that was not in stock. Care Bears are huge with kids this year. I'll order online in future.

CAWorst company ever Worst company ever. Even censors your reviews! I submitted a 2-star review for a product I received last week. The low rating was due to poor accountability for a PAID shipping experience, and the fact that the item, which was meant to be a gift, came in ripped packaging. A few days later, I received an email indicating that my review had been moderated - as in, they were not going to post my review online. The email I received said "it doesn’t meet [Toys R Us] current website posting guidelines". This is censorship and I am appalled that after asking for my review, this is the response I received. I took the time to offer other customers my honest opinion and instead, was silenced. How absolutely ridiculous!

CAThis is specific to Canadian… This is specific to Canadian Toys/Babies R Us. I havent had any issues in store or online. I open my packages when they arrive and verify quality and functionality. I contacted them as I ordered a 3 pack of Dr Browns bottles, but it only came with two bottles. They didn't even try to send me to a store, or sent it back... they took my word and provided a full refund for that item - which truthfully was beyond generous and beyond the resolution I had hoped for.

GBI ordered two items for next day… I ordered two items for next day delivery & they did not appear. I contacted customer services around 5 times that day as Royal Mail tracking down. They replied by saying I had placed my order a day later which I had not, and had confirmation e mails sent for my order saying it had been processed & due delivery etc. The customer service team despite e mailing so many times during the day did not respond. Will not be using this company again, and will make sure I spread the word. I stayed in the whole day & had paid for express ( next day) delivery.
