GBRefund on return takes *five weeks* Clothing is high-quality and truly lovely. However, I had $237 worth of clothes to return. These items were unopened. Ordered Dec 4, returned Dec 12, using their FedEx label which cost me $5. I called customer service today wondering where my refund was, and was told it will take an additional *7 business days* for them to process. Counting New Year’s, that’s *January 11*. The delay was attributed to the holiday, FedEx being swamped, Hanna Anderson being so busy, etc. The representative was matter-of-fact, as if this processing time was an industry standard. I have never experienced a refund process that took more than 14 days, let alone *a month* from shipping to refund. I find this wholly unacceptable and as much as I value their clothing, I won’t be back.

GBTotally overrated. The quality isn’t there. Honestly…I don’t understand why people rave about the quality. I’ve purchased several items for my daughter, and I’ve found they look old and worn almost immediately. The prints are cute, but the jammies still have one way zippers that require you to fully undress your baby for a diaper change.

GBGreat clothes and customer service! My family is very swedish...late one sleepiness night I came across the most perfect swedish Christmas clothes for me kiddos!!! It was a tad expensive but they were just too perfect plus I was going to get a decent discount from subscribing to emails. Too bad in my tired state I purchased and forgot to put in the code from my email subscription. I emailed them admitting it was my own error but wondering if they could help me out. I never received a response, but I did receive the appropriate credit!!! So customer service and clothes were fantastic!

GBThese are not hand me down quality like… These are not hand me down quality like they claim. They feel thicker than old navy, but no better quality. Super disappointed. I was hoping for some amazing jammies to provide comfort for this crazy time. Unfortunately we are left with some scratchy, overpriced jammies. Colors are true to what I online. Quality is not. I'm super disappointed. I know that isnt how I would want people to feel about my brand, disappointed.

GBNonexistent Customer Service If you order anything, pray that no issues happen during the shipping process. Placed my order one month ago (end of May) and the status still says “Label Created” for FedEx. It has been that way for 3 weeks. I reached out to Customer Service and got no response. Tried again and got no response. So I went to my credit card provider and requested a refund from them which they quickly processed. How does a seemingly reputable company have zero customer service and also take my money without delivering any product whatsoever? I will never be ordering from them again and urge everyone to reconsider.
