My last two orders placed had items… My last two orders placed had items cancelled. I’ve been a shopper for 6+ years. With 4 kids I’m a frequent shopper. Customer service seems to be declining. I shop with Boden now and even Gap bc they have much better customer service and policies. Quality is good but not good enough to make up for poor support.

No price adjustments / poor customer service Nothing great about their items and they will not honor price adjustments. Save your money and buy directly from other large stores that will value your business, stand behind their product, and respect you enough to return your money if you've overpaid. The customer service at this company is non-existent. They are super greedy, I won't be shopping here again! No surprise that I now see here that they don't respond to negative reviews. I wish I had done my research before spending so much money on pajamas.

Nonexistent Customer Service If you order anything, pray that no issues happen during the shipping process. Placed my order one month ago (end of May) and the status still says “Label Created” for FedEx. It has been that way for 3 weeks. I reached out to Customer Service and got no response. Tried again and got no response. So I went to my credit card provider and requested a refund from them which they quickly processed. How does a seemingly reputable company have zero customer service and also take my money without delivering any product whatsoever? I will never be ordering from them again and urge everyone to reconsider.

Shipping to APO addresses I ordered several items the first week of November to be shipped to an APO address. No one ever mentioned that due to the way they ship to APO addresses the items you order will not get to the addressee for 4-6 weeks or even longer. I was just given that information today (by a rude employee) when I called to see where the order was. It’s now been 4 weeks and they have no idea where my order is because instead of using a flat rate USPS box to ship, they use Fed Ex which carries the order to Chicago where it sits for several weeks before someone picks it up to ship to the APO address. LUDICROUS! I have ordered from numerous stores. Those items got to their APO destination in 2-21/2 weeks. The things ship USPS flat rate arrive in 2 weeks. Why Hanna Anderson doesn’t want to do better for Military families is beyond me!

Striped pajamas are not the quality… Striped pajamas are not the quality they were about 5 years ago! They were very thick and long lasting. Now they are very thin and stretchy and become worn a lot quicker with normal use. I will be finding another brand not worth it anymore!
