Now there is no customer service, and the website is time-consuming and frustrating to navigate, shipping times are long. What happened - change of management or financial troubles?! The only good thing still are the products. Hanna please fix your problems before you lose all your customers! That would be a big loss to us!

These are not hand me down quality like… These are not hand me down quality like they claim. They feel thicker than old navy, but no better quality. Super disappointed. I was hoping for some amazing jammies to provide comfort for this crazy time. Unfortunately we are left with some scratchy, overpriced jammies. Colors are true to what I online. Quality is not. I'm super disappointed. I know that isnt how I would want people to feel about my brand, disappointed.

No price adjustments / poor customer service Nothing great about their items and they will not honor price adjustments. Save your money and buy directly from other large stores that will value your business, stand behind their product, and respect you enough to return your money if you've overpaid. The customer service at this company is non-existent. They are super greedy, I won't be shopping here again! No surprise that I now see here that they don't respond to negative reviews. This company does not offer price… This company does not offer price adjustment. I asked my order to be cancelled as it was placed just a day before the sale and it has not been shipped yet. They would not cancel or offer free return. I expected a better customer service from this company. For the price, very disappointed.

Sizing is off Sizing is off. I purchased size 3 for my daughter which was super short. Next time, I purchased similar style pants in size 4, super long, measurements on the website is way off. It takes 2 weeks of ship items, had to beg for tracking # for one order as it was not updated to the website. Overall quality was worse than last year. Never purchasing from them again.
