GBTried the new Costco orange cinnamon… Tried the new Costco orange cinnamon rolls thinking they sound really good. My opinion, well they SUCK!!!!! And I mean they really S-U-C-K!!!!!!! You can't really taste the orange in the rolls and they are dry as the GOBI desert. I tried to heat them for the recommended 20 seconds, but all that did was give me a warm, dry sucky cinnamon roll. In my opinion I would not buy them. Shame on you Costco. Fire your taste testers!!! Addition: My wife says that although they are not great, she says they are not bad. She IS disappointed that there is no orange taste as advertised. Addition to the addition: I tried making some powered sugar frosting (powdered sugar, a little water, and some vanilla). That helped a little in making it passible for consumption.

GBGreat Prices and Great Product I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about Costco since they are a low cost warehouse with no frills, but the savings get passed to the consumer. Great place to save money on staple products like fruits, vegetables, and other great finds. A lot of my friends are also enjoy Costco, some wear their Kirkland logo with pride. They also have a great return policy, if things are not you expected. I actually think they have a very fare return policy too.

SGBetter than walmart It's the best alternative to hyped walmart. The prices are almost the same, I mean they are kinda low, plus the assortment seems to be even bigger. Whenever I need to buy food for a week, or to make a big purchase, I firstl go to the costco to evaluate the assortment, their offer, and only then consider other shops. But, as a rule, I find everything inside this big supermarket. Thus I am quite happy having this supermarket chain under the belt all the time I require making purchases.

GBNo other retailer insults customers like Costco Recent shopping at Costco; a new high for groceries for us: $700. PROS Attractive, large, well-lit stores; wide aisles; good, deep inventory; large, wide, organic food selections -- even organic dog treats! Descriptions and prices of items are clear and easy to locate. Of course, excellent prices are the main reason for Costco's success. CONS Manipulation and insults to shoppers: No descriptive signs anywhere in the store, as to where items, or categories of goods, are located. Worse, no signs on any aisles, so one of forced to go up-and-down each aisle, or risk missing an item on one's shopping list. I don't know of any other retailer that treats their customers like that. I constantly see parents with children forced to go through rows of cookies, ice creams, pizzas, etc., etc. That makes it very difficult for children not to see / ask for generally unhealthy items.
