CACostco On Line should not be in Business I have been a very loyal member/customer of Costco for over 20 years now and their online side of the business is totally pathetic and unacceptable. I have and am presently experiencing ridiculous delays up to 2 months in getting appliances delivered. Have had 5 defective appliances within 6 hours of being delivered out of 10 appliance ordered in total in a 4 month time period. Have waited over 2 months to get another fridge as example and on and on and on? I have had about 40 conversations with customer service reps, customer service supervisors and one apparent online department senior management person giving a total of about 16 different people. So far 1 supervisor actually did look after 1 situation out of a dozen or more. I have now caught Costco twice shorting me on refunds. One was shorting me about $280.00 on a fridge and the other one was about $1,000.00 on another fridge. Please note i learn't about these shortages 2 weeks plus after the credit was suppose to issued so it isn't a case of me not giving them enough time. When are the Real Senior Management people going to investigate what is going on here???

GBPlace my 2-day delivery order on 43 24… I placeed my 2-day delivery order on 4-3-24 and had to call them on 4-5-24 to see where my order was as I had not received any updates ,it had not even been shipped. Now it has shipped and it still sitting in Phoenix Arizona and I'm in Denver Colorado. I'd like Costco to explain how this can be two day delivery that they're advertising. This has been a total fiasco with Costco, I've recently had knee surgery and need the products that I ordered. My account has been charged but no product!

GBStroke Survivor rebuffed Long-time customer at same location. I know, and call, many employees by their first name. I use the "express/self serve" registers, because I cannot use my left hand for lifting even 5# items, and I have balance issues. Last month, Lori, refused to scan my items, and said, "God does not make mistakes," when I explained I was a stroke survivor. Two days ago, Brad, told me that I had to scan my own 6 items, and I had three options: go to a regular register, wait up to 10 minutes for someone to help me, or talk to a manager.

GBPOOR SERVICE I returned some expensive items purchased on my Freedom Visa card, and I expected my return credit to be against the charges on this card. Andrew, Honolulu Costco, took it upon himself to credit my Costco Visa and, therefore, lost my purchase credit points against the Costco visa I did not use for the purchase. Imagine how much money Costco can save by cheating the customer their purchase percentages of their executive card. I stood in line for thirty minutes for this less than honest practice.

GBCostco no longer exceptional I've shopped at Costcofor years because of their prices, selection & service. Well the prices have increased MASSIVELY and their service is now marginal. The people there work their butts off but management still wants more! Last week there were NO BAGGERS and you could tell the Cashiers were feeling the stress More work for no more pay. Costco has now joined every other corporation with profits at the top and the worker bees suffering. When will this stop!
