GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service! Debbie the manager at the Mentor, Ohio burlington is very unprofessional and needs fired, she should not be a manager! I also have found other reviews and complaints from customers about her being unprofessional and rude! I just can't understand how she still is employed at burlington, let alone still a manager?!?! how do you continue to let someone so unprofessional be a team leader! I asked her for corporates number and she told me too google it, snd hungup on me...I will never shop at this store ever again! I will be calling corporate Monday morning 9am sharp!. 🙂

GBFake products I didn’t know they have Such a bad rating. I bought a luggage bag from their store and it broke into pieces in my first trip, I tried to contact them to get some help but the staff was so rude and didn’t do anything about it, I hope this review with help others so they don’t buy from this store.

GBSeasonal Work, Manassas VA I did Seasonal Work here in Manassas, VA Burlington and loved working there. Fast paced environment but very fun. Also the manager worked with me on less hours due to my disability. I would work here again in a heartbeat. I wish I could of stayed on! Oh well.

She went over and beyond to assist me regarding an item I needed to purchase at your store for my daughter’s birthday. She put it aside for me so I may purchase it after I got off work. GBHorrible horrible horrible corrupt Horrible horrible horrible. I spent over 100$ on Christmas gifts. Pack a age was sent back by carrier before ever coming to me. They would not give me back my money even with the tracking information indicating that they were given back my package proving that I paid for items I never was given. Now they have my moment and their items. Called three times for two weeks and spoke to “supervisor” all individuals claiming to have no authority to resolve the problem.
