Bought the infamous Rei Ayanami Plush… Bought the infamous Rei Ayanami Plush Strap that was on the web site. After waiting for now 2 YEARS, still no update and now my order isn't even on the web site anymore. I contacted them and still no answer. I would recommend to NEVER buy from them.

I feel like I have been scammed I feel like I have been scammed. I never received my purchase and Loudpig has never returned my inquiry after numerous attempts to contact them through their website. I feel like they take your money and leave you hanging. There are words that describes this type of unethical activity. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave them one penny.

Customer Service Doesn't Respond The Kyojurou Rengoku nendoroid has yet to show up, haven't received in update in almost a year on the figure. I emailed them twice for ANY updates, info, help, etc. and have gotten nothing over the past month. The item is also no longer on the website which only heightens my anxiety and the feeling of being scammed. It feels like I've been scammed out of $65, I just want a refund at this point and no one has helped me receive that.

I pre ordered the rengoku nendoroid and no update since January saying that they received it but not a single tracking information has been sent to me. I gave up so I bought it somewhere else. Save your money and try other anime store websites.

After I contact them via messenger, they helped me solve my problem, they were very polite and helpful.
