USSeems to be a massive scam I ordered a Jean (AOT) plush for a friend, and almost a year later I haven't received anything. Not even any kind of update. The page just says the plush is "Out Of Stock." It wasn't when I pre-ordered it? Other reviews are saying similar things. I don't care enough to ask for a refund or cancellation, but I suggest avoid using this site. There's plenty of other sellers who are more trustworthy and communicative.

USzero stars If I could leave zero stars, I would. I preordered an item almost a year ago and was supposed to be available February 2022. Never received item, multiple attempts to contact company with no response. Asked for refund through order detail, but no refund. My daughter found the item through Amazon, even prior to the “release date” through loudpig and received it a few days later. Very disappointed and I just want my money back!

USCustomer Service Doesn't Respond The Kyojurou Rengoku nendoroid has yet to show up, haven't received in update in almost a year on the figure. I emailed them twice for ANY updates, info, help, etc. and have gotten nothing over the past month. The item is also no longer on the website which only heightens my anxiety and the feeling of being scammed. It feels like I've been scammed out of $65, I just want a refund at this point and no one has helped me receive that.

USOrdered an item back in April of 2021 not received over a year later Ordered an item back in April of 2021. It's June 10th as of now. No order received, no tracking number, no follow up email, no nothing. They ignore all attempts at contact (they use a form you fill out on their website and don't give out an email, presumably to avoid a paper trail, shady behavior) and just seem like a group of scammers. Never buy from these people.

CAThe worst customer service ever. I’m very disappointed. Ordered Sonic the Hedgehog plushy in February for my 6 years old son and despite information on loudpig.com that sonic plushy will be released on May this year, no shipment no money refund. The most frustrating thing they totally ignore customers inquiring about status of the order. Terrible customer service. I will contact my visa company and PayPal to try get my money back. Don’t bother to do business with them.👎
