I have ordered from Loudpig in three… I have ordered from Loudpig in three different occasions, the staff has always been very responsive, I have received my orders very quickly, and the prize was lower than in other websites. I have always ordered items in stock, but I have seen the message that they sent for someone's pre-order. I really appreciate that they state the pre-order conditions clearly and that allow for free changes within 24h (not as common as it should be). I will be definitely buying from them in the future!

Pre-ordered in December 2020 no response I pre-ordered a Kuroo plushie back in DECEMBER 2020 and we it’s now November 2021. I was supposed to receive my order around February 2021. I e-mailed them and they answered the next day saying the manufacturer was delayed and so on. Similar scenario happens in March. I emailed them again two times and contacted them on both Instagram and Messenger (Facebook) since the end of September but I haven’t anything news from them. I really wanted to believe in them and I couldn’t wait for my plushie but I think I got scammed.

Money for nothing I placed an order in March. It’s now November and I haven’t received it. When I emailed for an ETA, I never received a response. I assume this is a Covid issue, but there’s no excuse for the lack of communication. At this point, I can’t even cancel because their site won’t allow it.

zero stars If I could leave zero stars, I would. I preordered an item almost a year ago and was supposed to be available February 2022. Never received item, multiple attempts to contact company with no response. Asked for refund through order detail, but no refund. My daughter found the item through Amazon, even prior to the “release date” through loudpig and received it a few days later. Very disappointed and I just want my money back!

Don’t waste your time with them! Don’t waste your time ordering from them. I’ve sent emails and everything and no response. I pre ordered the rengoku nendoroid and no update since January saying that they received it but not a single tracking information has been sent to me. I gave up so I bought it somewhere else. Save your money and try other anime store websites.
