USI preordered a plushie from them over a… I preordered a plushie from them over a year ago and they continue to push the month of release back and yet I can somehow buy the plush from other websites and have even seen it in stores, but when I tried to email them about this, they have never replied. The only way I have ever gotten a reply from them was writing a negative tweet about them and they reached out within hours, but they still weren't helpful at all. Avoid this website at all costs!

USVERY shady! I ordered 2 Nendoroids from them (they were not pre-orders) and only received one. I tried to contact them SO many times to get an update on the other one, but didn't hear anything. Their website says to contact through Facebook Messenger but when I tried to do that, I got an automated response that they're "taking a short break" and to use the Contact form on the website. I e-mailed their Support, and I even tried to DM them on Twitter. Nothing. It's been almost 3 weeks. I had to open a dispute through Sezzle to attempt to get my money back. Do NOT order from here!!

USDon’t waste your time with them! Don’t waste your time ordering from them. I’ve sent emails and everything and no response. I pre ordered the rengoku nendoroid and no update since January saying that they received it but not a single tracking information has been sent to me. I gave up so I bought it somewhere else. Save your money and try other anime store websites.

USIf I could give you no stars I would I'm leaving this review because it looks like you respond to reviews here, as I've been unsuccessful in getting you to respond back to me via FB Messenger or email for the last 5 weeks about the status of my order. I have also filed a claim/complaint via PayPal. I want a full refund for the order I placed on September 28th and never received - Order #59540. Where is your customer service on this? Waiting for your response and refund.
