GBI feel like I have been scammed I feel like I have been scammed. I never received my purchase and Loudpig has never returned my inquiry after numerous attempts to contact them through their website. I feel like they take your money and leave you hanging. There are words that describes this type of unethical activity. I wish I had read these reviews before I gave them one penny.

ESI have ordered from Loudpig in three… I have ordered from Loudpig in three different occasions, the staff has always been very responsive, I have received my orders very quickly, and the prize was lower than in other websites. I have always ordered items in stock, but I have seen the message that they sent for someone's pre-order. I really appreciate that they state the pre-order conditions clearly and that allow for free changes within 24h (not as common as it should be). I will be definitely buying from them in the future!

GBVERY shady! I ordered 2 Nendoroids from them (they were not pre-orders) and only received one. I tried to contact them SO many times to get an update on the other one, but didn't hear anything. Their website says to contact through Facebook Messenger but when I tried to do that, I got an automated response that they're "taking a short break" and to use the Contact form on the website. I e-mailed their Support, and I even tried to DM them on Twitter. Nothing. It's been almost 3 weeks. I had to open a dispute through Sezzle to attempt to get my money back. Do NOT order from here!!

GBIf I could give you no stars I would I'm leaving this review because it looks like you respond to reviews here, as I've been unsuccessful in getting you to respond back to me via FB Messenger or email for the last 5 weeks about the status of my order. I have also filed a claim/complaint via PayPal. I want a full refund for the order I placed on September 28th and never received - Order #59540. Where is your customer service on this? Waiting for your response and refund.

GBMoney for nothing I placed an order in March. It’s now November and I haven’t received it. When I emailed for an ETA, I never received a response. I assume this is a Covid issue, but there’s no excuse for the lack of communication. At this point, I can’t even cancel because their site won’t allow it.
