I ordered a backpack for my new laptop… I ordered a backpack for my new laptop on December 23rd and supposed to be delivered on December 28th.... here it is January 4th and I have yet to receive my item. I emailed customer support and still no response ebags definitely scammed me. They're pure trash on all levels. Now I know why and understand lesson learned. Plus this fake tracking 1Z404F3V0303419842 claims to be shipped and UPS has it still no results.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. No option to cancel the order on the website or a means to contact them over the weekend. The email to contact them is a fake, sent one anyway and immediately got a notification that it was undeliverable. Their phone number is listed as 1 (123)-456-7890, obviously a fake.

No communication I placed an order last week, and have yet to receive a confirmation email - but they had no trouble charging my bank. When I try to reach out, there is no live chat (despite the website saying it is available during normal business hours), and when I call customer service there is a recording that says "sorry we missed your call" and then they hang up. How do I get a hold of these people???

Ebags was a good company until Samsonite purchased them. Ebags used to be a great company. And then, Samsonite purchased them. Terrible Customer Service. I have been trying to get a return label for 4 days. The website link for returns does not work. Customer Service phone number (not listed on their website), has long holds and has disconnected my call 2 x. I will never purchase anything from this company again. RIP Ebags.

Terrible experience Terrible experience. Luggage (carryon) tore the first use AND I discovered the price dropped when I returned, just outside their price match window. They turfed me to the manufacturer for warranty who wants me to pay shipping for a replacement and ebags won’t honor their price reduction and their online rep hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I will never shop with them again.
