Read and believe all of the negative… Read and believe all of the negative reviews! I've contacted them 5 times regarding a replacement liner for my cooler bag. After the 3rd try, someone replied asking for more information. But OF COURSE my reply to that one has gone unanswered for weeks! I just sent yet another email but I have no hope of resolving the issue. I would advise anyone reading the negative reviews to believe them and stay away. If you have any customer service issues, you have no hope of resolving them later. It's not worth it!

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. No option to cancel the order on the website or a means to contact them over the weekend. The email to contact them is a fake, sent one anyway and immediately got a notification that it was undeliverable. Their phone number is listed as 1 (123)-456-7890, obviously a fake.

Swift responce to phishing email. Thankyou for your swift responce to my concern over the false email I had recieved from someone trying it on. Its so unsettling when you receive a phishing email, wondering for the proceeding few hours whether or not somebody has robbed you of your hard earnt money.You put my mind to rest immediately. thanks and kind regards Rod.

Good Products, Nice Site, Horrible Customer Service. Purchased 3 items over the past 12 months from eBags. Always seems to be a delay or delivery issue. My latest purchase was never delivered b/c UPS gave it USPS mid-way through shipping and the backpack wouldnt fit in delivery box. eBag customer service tells me that they will issue refund in 5-7 days after they receive package back. Then suggests I place another order and try again. Really?

I ordered a backpack for my new laptop… I ordered a backpack for my new laptop on December 23rd and supposed to be delivered on December 28th.... here it is January 4th and I have yet to receive my item. I emailed customer support and still no response ebags definitely scammed me. They're pure trash on all levels. Now I know why and understand lesson learned. Plus this fake tracking 1Z404F3V0303419842 claims to be shipped and UPS has it still no results.
