GBShipping Delays/ Customer service Order guaranteed by 12/22/23 and as of 12/28/23 it had has not shipped. They create a label and it sits onsite. Customer service verified on 12/28/23 package was still at warehouse but refused to cancel order. Claiming after it is packaged it can’t be cancelled. They want me to return and will charge a fee because product is not damaged. I requested corporate information and was directed a supervisor will call within two days. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

GBMost dishonest company I’ve ever dealt with! I have purchased multiple EBags for ourselves and friends and just had my first issue—a wheel came off on our last trip. I sent all of the info as requested and heard nothing. Finally called and after being on hold for 30 minutes was told that I can’t prove it was a manufacturers defect so my warranty is worthless— but she offered me a whopping 10% off on a new bag!!! Will never do business with them again!

GBNot the same company! Buyer Beware! Like many other comments, I've traveled the world with eBags for many years. Gave raving reviews and recommended countless times. NO MORE. Have a 25" spinner bought just before Covid; been on plane trip since and the handle will not retract correctly to fit into plane overhead. Customer service used to be the best, now there's not even a phone number available on the website. Contact Us form for warranty claims never got a response. Found an old customer service number in a previous order confirmation, but no answer (got hung up on twice after 20 min hold). Too bad. Used to be a fabulous company. Buy beware.

GBGood bag and Great ServiceI I’ve had an eBags MotherLode Medium for 13 years whose main zipper started to fail along the bottom. Contacted eBags, provided requested info and pics, and got a new one of same bag. Very impressed and happy!

GBEbags was a good company until Samsonite purchased them. Ebags used to be a great company. And then, Samsonite purchased them. Terrible Customer Service. I have been trying to get a return label for 4 days. The website link for returns does not work. Customer Service phone number (not listed on their website), has long holds and has disconnected my call 2 x. I will never purchase anything from this company again. RIP Ebags.
