GBRudest Customer service ever! I purchased a product which was defective and while exchanging emails with customer service the customer service rep yelled at me by writing in all caps when telling me I had to contact the manufacturer. I was shocked because I asked the rep to explain the return policy and the rep started their email out with..."as I stated before..." then the rep wrote "YOU need to contact the manufacturer" I have never dealt with such rudeness from where I made a purchase. Buyer beware!

GBSame experience as others Same experience as others. Horrible. Purchased a bicycle part through GoogleShopping. I also received a delivery date, but on delivery date received notice that it is delayed. Bogus. I contacted GoogleShopping and yes, they agreed and immediately refunded my money (although I have yet seen the refund in my bank statement). GoogleShopping verified that the FedEx tracking showed no activity even after 3 weeks after initial purchase. Stay away from this vendor. Does not deliver. Bogus excuses such as "delayed delivery". Poor to non existent communication. Bogus. Fraud. Stay away.

GBCanceled due to reviews, but still recieved good service I did place an order through Bikesomewhere for tires. It wasnt processing fast enough for me. Mostly likely because the tires i wanted ship from India (Schwalbe). But i also read these reviews, so that got me nervous. I immediately send them a message asking how can i cancel my order. I was refunded my money within hours. So technically, my transaction went well. Again even through other sites my tires woudnt have made it until 2021 but my limited interaction with BikeSomeWhere was good.

GBShipment never came Shipment never came. When we called they said it was returned back to them however the tracking number shows that it was never shipped, only a shipping label was created . Scam! Walmart should do a better job at investigating who they partner with.

GBI ordered a bike seat April 20th 2020 I ordered a bike seat April 20th 2020. Still haven't received my order and it's May 10th 2020. I understand with covid-19 going on. but I do not respect not given a proper response on why from a representative associate anyone. I know somebody is being paid to work over the phone or online. I know there's an owner or assistant somewhere in that company viewing orders. Did not tell me what is going on like we're closed or sorry. Nothing text me something that's not automated. Obviously I'm upset. Covid-19 circumstances acceptable. But no personal update is not!
