Wheres my Damn Basket? WHAT IS GOING ON HERE? I ORDERED A BIKE BASKET IN APRIL 18th 2020 No Excuses !!!! Still have no received it!!! Its June 1st Tomorrow!! Walmart Needs to Be Notified!! No Communication At All !! Not by phone or By Email Not By A Letter!! I Can't Even Cancel my Order!!! Calling BBB tomorrow. I've been more than patient!!! Coming from Florida Not Overseas!!😖

dont do it! dont do it! its a scam website... i ordered something 12 days ago, they provided a tracking number after i emailed them, but never dropped off the item to ups. the only way i knew there was a tracking number was by signing into their website, didnt even email. ive called and sent emails with no response. avoid this place! update: paypal refunded my money because bikesomewhere didnt respond to them. confirmed, shady.

Canceled due to reviews, but still recieved good service I did place an order through Bikesomewhere for tires. It wasnt processing fast enough for me. Mostly likely because the tires i wanted ship from India (Schwalbe). But i also read these reviews, so that got me nervous. I immediately send them a message asking how can i cancel my order. I was refunded my money within hours. So technically, my transaction went well. Again even through other sites my tires woudnt have made it until 2021 but my limited interaction with BikeSomeWhere was good.

Poor customer service Received bike tires from BikeSomeWhere on Amazon. Had a bike tech at a local shop mount them today and he reported one of the tires is defective with a bulge on the sidewall. Bike is still at the shop and has not been ridden. Since the tire was mounted (but not ridden), BikeSomeWhere has refused to authorize a return. How is one to discover the tire is defective without mounting it? Looked them up on the Better Business site and the firm has a D ratting. Buyer Beware.

A one star or less is about right A one star or less is about right. Bought 2 Schwalbe tires..............hold it, what is the point. It appears they are permanently closed. No surprise. One tire failed prematurely. Bought online through Walmart and with the passage of time no recourse because Bike Somewhere apparently went out of business. The surprise is that Walmart should have done a better job of vetting the folks they let sell stuff through their website. Jim Helgeson
