GBSCAM SITE SCAM SITE - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM My order did actually arrive after 1.5 months. However, in the meantime, I didn't need the order. I tried to cancel it before it was finally delivered and they wouldn't allow me to. Upon arrival, I immediately tried to get a return label (as the email states), but getting that return label is an act of congress. I've sent at least 12 emails trying to get it. They won't answer their phones. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. SCAM SCAM SCAM

DOAvoid this Seller, terrible multiple experiences! Ordered a bicycle helmet from this seller based on delivery date. After purchase, it kept appearing as "delivery is on its way but running late". Wrote to seller. They provided a tracking number, but it was only a number created to mislead me. It was a valid courier tracking, but the courier reported seller never arranged for pick-up. After a long wait, and item no longer available in the market, seller cancelled order with no feedback or apology. On a second occasion, ordered two items (Amazon assigned them to this seller). Seller reported both items delivered, but only one of them was shipped!! Seller has not responded or shipped item. Can't understand why Amazon keeps sellers like this on their platform with so many bad reviews!! AVOID THIS SELLER!! READ THE REVIEWS!!

GBIt took several days longer to arrive… It took several days longer to arrive then website indicated. The one thing really irritated me is the quality a battery used and the Knight Rider mako150 headlight 5056. After only two uses of maybe five minutes each, the light was too dim to use in the dark. So I had to immediately purchase new batteries which added to the cost and shipping cost which did not show up until final check out. Hopefully now the light will work or a good while.

GBRudest Customer service ever! I purchased a product which was defective and while exchanging emails with customer service the customer service rep yelled at me by writing in all caps when telling me I had to contact the manufacturer. I was shocked because I asked the rep to explain the return policy and the rep started their email out with..."as I stated before..." then the rep wrote "YOU need to contact the manufacturer" I have never dealt with such rudeness from where I made a purchase. Buyer beware!

GBPoor customer service Received bike tires from BikeSomeWhere on Amazon. Had a bike tech at a local shop mount them today and he reported one of the tires is defective with a bulge on the sidewall. Bike is still at the shop and has not been ridden. Since the tire was mounted (but not ridden), BikeSomeWhere has refused to authorize a return. How is one to discover the tire is defective without mounting it? Looked them up on the Better Business site and the firm has a D ratting. Buyer Beware.
