GBPoor customer service Received bike tires from BikeSomeWhere on Amazon. Had a bike tech at a local shop mount them today and he reported one of the tires is defective with a bulge on the sidewall. Bike is still at the shop and has not been ridden. Since the tire was mounted (but not ridden), BikeSomeWhere has refused to authorize a return. How is one to discover the tire is defective without mounting it? Looked them up on the Better Business site and the firm has a D ratting. Buyer Beware.

GBGreat experience!! Sorry there are haters out there, but my exp with bikesomewhere was great! I ordered my Fox flux helmet Saturday june 4 and got it Friday June 10 in west central MN. They provided tracking number, tracked it every day and it got to well before the weekend so I could use it. Helmet sells all over internet for $99 they sold it for $59.99 with free shipping, love it!! Perfect condition, packaged well, no complaints here. I heard that 90% of internet purchase errors are due to buyer mistakes. You cant please all customers all the time, but you can please most customers, most of the time.

GBIt took several days longer to arrive… It took several days longer to arrive then website indicated. The one thing really irritated me is the quality a battery used and the Knight Rider mako150 headlight 5056. After only two uses of maybe five minutes each, the light was too dim to use in the dark. So I had to immediately purchase new batteries which added to the cost and shipping cost which did not show up until final check out. Hopefully now the light will work or a good while.

GBsame issue same issue - this web site is a scam - shop elsewhere - I ordered an item and after trying to contact them with no response for weeks, they finally replied after I kept emailing them. they said they sent information that they did not and said the item was shipped, but it never was. They provides a bogus USPS tracking number that said a label was created for the shipment, but 2 weeks went by and the item never shipped. they are basically using people's money until they realize they are not getting their purchases and dispute the credit card charges. dishonest at best but should be illegal.

GBCanceled due to reviews, but still recieved good service I did place an order through Bikesomewhere for tires. It wasnt processing fast enough for me. Mostly likely because the tires i wanted ship from India (Schwalbe). But i also read these reviews, so that got me nervous. I immediately send them a message asking how can i cancel my order. I was refunded my money within hours. So technically, my transaction went well. Again even through other sites my tires woudnt have made it until 2021 but my limited interaction with BikeSomeWhere was good.
