GBRecalled beds and lousy customer service!!! A couple of months ago, I got a recall notice from Wayfair about two identical beds I had purchased. They directed me to send photos of the beds to another company, the manufacturer. This other company would then send me new parts and I would be expected to reconstruct the beds. I tried to return the beds for a refund, noting that I am old and taking apart/rebuilding beds would be very difficult. They refused. The manufacturer they directed me to, after extensive back-and-forth, says the beds are not part of the recall. Wayfair claims only one of these identical beds is being recalled and told me I had to work with the manufacturer to convince them! They have not explained how I am to know which bed would need to be rebuilt should I be able to convince the manufacturer they are wrong! I will never buy from Wayfair again!!!

GBviolation of contract I ordered a bookshelf from Wayfair. The order clearly indicated the delivery option to be "FREE white glove". When the product was delivered, it came in in two heavy boxes and the driver said that it was not for a full service. I showed him the order detail and he called somebody in the company. He then asked me to get on the phone. The person on the other end told me that the "FREE white glove" delivery option was "a mistake". I didn't think I could assemble the product by myself so I had to return the it for a refund. This is a clear violation of a legally binding contract. I asked for a satisfactory resolution on Wayfair's website through chat but never heard back from them.

GBWayfair has become such an unreliable… Wayfair has become such an unreliable company I ordered bar stools that came with missing pieces, then they delivered my coffe table damage. The dining room table kept getting pushed back with no explanation then when I asked them about it they had no idea why. I made this order on march 27th and only received one item.The final straw was the 20 piece sectional first being delayed, then being shipped to a incorrect address just to be stored and never delivered the 3rd time (with a missed customer notification). I took off work multiple days to be here for the delivery and all 3days were met with crap. I will never use Wayfair again the company has lost the business of one of its most faithful customers unfortunatel.

GBHuge thank you… It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!

GBWayfair sold me a luggage that has gone… Wayfair sold me luggage set that has gone to pieces during its first use on a trip to Central America. The zippers are breaking and the materials used In the baggage are separating and falling off the suitcases. Obviously, Wayfair has no quality control process. I am currently having to buy new luggage in Costa Rica during my vacation. I don’t care what the celebrity commercials say, Wayfair is not to be trusted! Many of there product reviews are by Wayfair employees!!! Buyer Beware. How would you like your brand new luggage to fall apart while on vacation???
