Wayfair sold me a luggage that has gone… Wayfair sold me luggage set that has gone to pieces during its first use on a trip to Central America. The zippers are breaking and the materials used In the baggage are separating and falling off the suitcases. Obviously, Wayfair has no quality control process. I am currently having to buy new luggage in Costa Rica during my vacation. I don’t care what the celebrity commercials say, Wayfair is not to be trusted! Many of there product reviews are by Wayfair employees!!! Buyer Beware. How would you like your brand new luggage to fall apart while on vacation???

Huge thank you… It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!

I am done being a Wayfair customer I have purchased quite a few things from Wayfair over the years, I will not be purchasing anything else from them. My most recent order wasn't shipped out yet four weeks after placing the order. I called multiple times only to be told it will be going out "the next day". It never did. The last time I called they reached out to the shipper and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I cancelled the order. I was promised a full refund in 3-5 days. It's been six days and still no refund! I will have to dispute the purchase with PayPal. I am done with Wayfair!

Would not price adjust. Horrible customer service Would not price adjust. Order instruction is to send email but no one replied. Had to look for text chat option. Even then customer service is useless and game me a phone number, which I tried calling before emailing (no option to cancel as we’d like to get it at a specific time window).

Fool me once Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, well you know the rest. I won't be fooled a third time. I ordered a sofa during Black Friday sales. Kept getting delayed. Finally after a long phone call I found out that it was out of stock and they didn't know if they would be getting more in. Had I not called, I'd still be waiting as there is no communication. I thought it was a fluke. Ordered flooring that should have arrived yesterday and it didn't. Spent a lot of time with customer service and surprise, it's on backorder, no idea when more will come in or it if will come in. No communication, no one telling me 'hey it's on backorder.' I will not shop Wayfair again. All I can say is, keep track of your orders, they may not arrive.
