GBWe ordered a desk on April 9 and were… We ordered a desk on April 9 and were given a delivery date 3 weeks later. After four weeks when it did not come I called customer service to find out that it was never shipped and they asked me to cancel the order and re-try ! No offer to fix this screw up. No notice, no follow up, and a lousy response. Lesson learned as this is nothing but a drop ship company and they merely take a cut on purchase price and rely on others to actually ship the product but NEVER actually follow up. Save yourself heart ache and DO NOT do business with this company.

GBI am done being a Wayfair customer I have purchased quite a few things from Wayfair over the years, I will not be purchasing anything else from them. My most recent order wasn't shipped out yet four weeks after placing the order. I called multiple times only to be told it will be going out "the next day". It never did. The last time I called they reached out to the shipper and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I cancelled the order. I was promised a full refund in 3-5 days. It's been six days and still no refund! I will have to dispute the purchase with PayPal. I am done with Wayfair!

GBBed bugs!! Don’t buy Dirty company sent me a cloth headboard that was infested with bed bugs inside of it. Had no idea as my poor son was getting chewed up. His room is upstairs and only one that had signs of them. My wife started spraying and they came all out from the headboard. So gross. Avoid this dirty place at all costs!

GBCustomer service lies to you Customer service lies to you. Everytime I've called them I get a completely different story. I swear they'd make excellent storytellers for children. The products they sell aren't great quality or very expensive. Overall worst experience we've had in years. ****in Reply to the sellers reply. Yes, now estimated 6 days later. We take shipping times into account when we make pruchases. This is unacceptable and you've lost a customer for life. Hope you're happy!

GBviolation of contract I ordered a bookshelf from Wayfair. The order clearly indicated the delivery option to be "FREE white glove". When the product was delivered, it came in in two heavy boxes and the driver said that it was not for a full service. I showed him the order detail and he called somebody in the company. He then asked me to get on the phone. The person on the other end told me that the "FREE white glove" delivery option was "a mistake". I didn't think I could assemble the product by myself so I had to return the it for a refund. This is a clear violation of a legally binding contract. I asked for a satisfactory resolution on Wayfair's website through chat but never heard back from them.
