I actually have a commercial account… I actually have a commercial account which I have used to buy things for hotel and resort projects but NO MORE. I ordered two items so we could move my mom to a memory care facility and both items arrived late. I had to go out and purchase items locally to make the move happen as scheduled. When we finally received the late items and tried to return them Wayfair only wanted to refund a very small portion of the original purchase price, now I have two never opened boxes taking up room in my garage. The lesson here is unless you’re willing to wait for whenever your order get to you and you’re certain you’ll love it, then don’t order from Wayfair or a Wayfair company.

Wayfair has become such an unreliable… Wayfair has become such an unreliable company I ordered bar stools that came with missing pieces, then they delivered my coffe table damage. The dining room table kept getting pushed back with no explanation then when I asked them about it they had no idea why. I made this order on march 27th and only received one item.The final straw was the 20 piece sectional first being delayed, then being shipped to a incorrect address just to be stored and never delivered the 3rd time (with a missed customer notification). I took off work multiple days to be here for the delivery and all 3days were met with crap. I will never use Wayfair again the company has lost the business of one of its most faithful customers unfortunatel.

Would not price adjust. Horrible customer service Would not price adjust. Order instruction is to send email but no one replied. Had to look for text chat option. Even then customer service is useless and game me a phone number, which I tried calling before emailing (no option to cancel as we’d like to get it at a specific time window).

Bed bugs!! Don’t buy Dirty company sent me a cloth headboard that was infested with bed bugs inside of it. Had no idea as my poor son was getting chewed up. His room is upstairs and only one that had signs of them. My wife started spraying and they came all out from the headboard. So gross. Avoid this dirty place at all costs!

Customer service lies to you Customer service lies to you. Everytime I've called them I get a completely different story. I swear they'd make excellent storytellers for children. The products they sell aren't great quality or very expensive. Overall worst experience we've had in years. ****in Reply to the sellers reply. Yes, now estimated 6 days later. We take shipping times into account when we make pruchases. This is unacceptable and you've lost a customer for life. Hope you're happy!
