GBHuge thank you… It seems like everyday we have complaints about our online purchases or even local businesses . Customer satisfaction appears to be an obsolete concept, BUT hold on! Wayfair is amazing in a great way!!! I recently had an issue with a seam in a cushion on a sofa I purchased from Wayfair . I thought perhaps I could get a replacement cushion , imagine my surprise when a brand new soda was delivered to my home. !!!! Wayfair, you went above and beyond and you deserve a huge thank you ! You have a huge fan in me!

GBCustomer service lies to you Customer service lies to you. Everytime I've called them I get a completely different story. I swear they'd make excellent storytellers for children. The products they sell aren't great quality or very expensive. Overall worst experience we've had in years. ****in Reply to the sellers reply. Yes, now estimated 6 days later. We take shipping times into account when we make pruchases. This is unacceptable and you've lost a customer for life. Hope you're happy!

GBFool me once Fool me once, shame on you... fool me twice, well you know the rest. I won't be fooled a third time. I ordered a sofa during Black Friday sales. Kept getting delayed. Finally after a long phone call I found out that it was out of stock and they didn't know if they would be getting more in. Had I not called, I'd still be waiting as there is no communication. I thought it was a fluke. Ordered flooring that should have arrived yesterday and it didn't. Spent a lot of time with customer service and surprise, it's on backorder, no idea when more will come in or it if will come in. No communication, no one telling me 'hey it's on backorder.' I will not shop Wayfair again. All I can say is, keep track of your orders, they may not arrive.

GBWayfair has become such an unreliable… Wayfair has become such an unreliable company I ordered bar stools that came with missing pieces, then they delivered my coffe table damage. The dining room table kept getting pushed back with no explanation then when I asked them about it they had no idea why. I made this order on march 27th and only received one item.The final straw was the 20 piece sectional first being delayed, then being shipped to a incorrect address just to be stored and never delivered the 3rd time (with a missed customer notification). I took off work multiple days to be here for the delivery and all 3days were met with crap. I will never use Wayfair again the company has lost the business of one of its most faithful customers unfortunatel.

GBDelivery time took several weeks Delivery time took several weeks. Furniture was listed as average height, it is very low. No replacement legs available. Did get a discount for the issues. Just called to pay off my balance and was I formed I can't use a credit card. It must be debit or checking. Won't be ordering again.
