GBI’ve been waiting for almost a week for… I’ve been waiting for almost a week for the teddy bear, they created a label but waiting on item to be shipped... I’m still waiting on my bear from my hubby that’s who in the military who thought it would be adorable get me marines bear... Bad quality of getting them and waste of money.. If you guys get it done, no wonder why nobody want to buy it off from you guys. If you guys want your customers to be happy then do it right instead of waiting on something for it. You’ll guys will make tons of money if you make your customers happy instead of being late for the gift or etc.

KRDoes not respond to emails Does not respond to emails. Claims quick shipping and here I am coming up on a month now with no product in hand. Thanks for ruining what should have been a good thing. Terrible customer service would not recommend this company of unprofessionals to anyone.

GBAre they still in business? Placed order on Dec 12th 2014, got expected delivery date of 12/16. Since Dec 12th, no communication and no product and no Christmas. I have sent emails, left phone messages, nothing. Not sure if they are still in business other than to take your money. I’ll have to go to my credit card for my refund.

GBSo disappointed in the quality of the 3 ft. stuffed unicorn and the color is wrong. You can imagine my delight when I found giant unicorns at Big Plush.com. This was the only specific gift my seven year old twin daughters asked from Santa. They did arrive today 12/23 at 7:50 pm, so my $49.00 for shipment before Christmas was honored, but when I opened the box, my heart sank. Even though I paid $149.99 for each unicorn, the quality of the toy was far from plush. Instead of plush fur, firm stuffing, tight seams, abundant manes, and well-done faces, with their thin material and beady stuffing, crooked faces, limp horns, and shorn manes, the unicorns look like some cheap prize at a broken down carnival game in the parking lot of an abandoned strip mall. To make matters worse, Jamie asked for a unicorn with a blue mane which I ordered only to be sent a unicorn with the mane a color that I'm not exactly how to describe...sickly brownish yellow. Never again, Big Plush.

GBAlot of issues Alot of issues. I ordered on the 2nd. Should have got by the 10th. Didn't receive until the 18th after several calls. After several excuse I was promised additional items for my daughter's ruined birthday. And now I am getting no response form email etc. Mike was very nice and professional seeming, but after messing up an order several days in a row, whatever promises that are made should be kept. I've sent another email out today hoping it's a real email since I have never got a repose before.. Fingers crossed.. Side note. Customer service seems nice. Bear is very nice but the several different issues don't make up for late birthday present and broken promises. If what was promised was kept, the only issue would be the late shipping. Hopefully can be resolved so I can come back with a much better review since products do deserve a better rating
