Charged for two and put me in a negative balance and there was no 24-7 customer service to fix this issue and company has you to leave a message not giving you buisnes hours on recording I was double charged on my card and it put me in the negative and had me worried a night if this was a scam because the only number I had sent me to voice mail with no business hours recorded I have no idea if it's a real place. If I'll even hear back or get my money back because it was all I had to my name

Very bad communication I have place an order Friday the 17th and I have checkout as I guess. I have paid for the express delivery to be delivery today , but up to this point there is no a email confirmation not even tracking number. The number I called it always sends me to leave a voice message.. I left more than 3 voice messages but there is no response, I have email them, no response...

Where is my order My experience has been horrible. I ordered the 5ft teddy bear on January 10th. According to the e-mail they sent me it was shipped on the same day with a "Guaranteed" delivery date of January 20th. I still have not received my bear and when I called them a week ago they said he would call me back because his servers were apparently down. He also told me he would send it out via UPS and send me an email when he did. So far he has not done that either. So after me calling several times getting no response and leaving voice mails I will be calling my credit card company and having them cancel the order. Horrible experience and from other reviews on the bear i ordered its not even 5ft like it claims to be.

Extremely disappointed Did not receive a stuffed camel and a stuffed frog by Christmas as promised when ordered on December 8th. (exact words on my order: shipped: delivered on or before Dec. 24th - Delivery Guaranteed NO LATER THAN Wednesday, Dec 25). I am terribly frustrated with this company and their lack of customer service. Left many voicemails and as one other customer mentioned on the review, during peek time. It wasn't until I filled out a form on the website and submitted it a WEEK AFTER Christmas, on January 31st did a person finally call me back. He left a voicemail and gave me a direct number to call. But as of today, January 7th 2015, again after many attempts and leaving messages... radio silence. They have charged my credit card. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I can not recommend this company to anyone.

Never got order & it was THE one from Santa Guess they don't read info provided on their order form at all. One extremely disappointed child and very upset parent at Christmas this year. I even called customer support and they were closed during peak season and did NOT return call!!!
