I’m still waiting on my bear from my hubby that’s who in the military who thought it would be adorable get me marines bear... Bad quality of getting them and waste of money.. If you guys get it done, no wonder why nobody want to buy it off from you guys. If you guys want your customers to be happy then do it right instead of waiting on something for it. You’ll guys will make tons of money if you make your customers happy instead of being late for the gift or etc.

I ordered a stuffed fox for my wife on … I ordered a stuffed fox for my wife on the 10th of this month and it is now the 18th. I haven't gotten any update on my order and I've asked via the messaging tool on their site 3 times for one. The money was immediately pulled from my account and I was given a delivery date of the 16th. The order status has read "awaiting fulfillment" every day and even just now when I checked it.
